The best budget friendly home stay I have ever stayed in Kerala…. What a friendly person the owner Augustin Byju is…he takes care like his own family ppl After staying in his place i literally felt we had wasted our time by gng to Aleppy (Dirty & stinking back water) …. We should have come to this place earlier…. Special highlight is the food provided by the family…. Through out our entire Kerala trip this was the best food we had & home stay is neat & clean …. Highly recommend for a family crowd too but there are oly two rooms available with them….. 50mtrs from room is the private beach, if u wanna enjoy away from crown in a peaceful environment this place is 1000% stable.

My daughter and I with the little grandchildren had a 2 night stay with Byjus and his wife. The studio room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning, plus an ensutie. No fridge, but the host does offer to refridgerate food we needed to keep cold. We had outdoor furniture outside our room where the breakfast (included in price) was served every morning. The highlight for me was the closeness of the beach, roughly 100m. We would not hesitate to book again.

This homestay was one of our highlights on the coast of India's Western Ghats. Surrounded by palm trees and right on the beach. In the morning you wake up to the chirping of birds, open the window and see the sea. But the real highlight were the hosts. So warm and accommodating. Alway there with a big smile. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds and pleasant shower/WC. We will be back!

This homestay was one of our highlights on the coast of India's Western Ghats. Surrounded by palm trees and right on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds and pleasant shower/WC. We will be back!

Excellent and Happy Stay at Marari Byju’s Homestay!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Marari Byju’s Homestay! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent — peaceful, close to the beach, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with neat and hygienic toilets that added to our comfort. The place is also very child-friendly, making it ideal for families. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.

Overall, we had a happy and memorable stay here. Highly recommend Marari Byju’s Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly, and hospitable place to stay near...

Neat and clean, yet affordable homestay near Marari beach. Two AC rooms with attached toilets. Can accommodate upto 10-12 people. Extra mattress is available on demand. bed, pillows, sheets, bath towels, toilets are clean.

Right opposite to the beach. Beach and Sunset view were awesome.

Host and his family are humble, honest, welcoming and helpful. He is ready to pick calls and assist the guests even at mid night. Even provided us free early check-in.

Homemade breakfast was complimentary. Host also provided us home made dinner at a very reasonable cost, even though we asked him at the last moment.
