Worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life ....felt negative vibes all around the cafe because of the worst staffs and the contempt attitude of them. They are only welcoming for the foreigners and non keraliates , they were treating the natives with disrespect..I am sharing this review for the localities plz don't go there who treat us with disrespect and also I am sharing here my experience " I went there with my family to have a coffe and snack at evening, they told that coffee is not available after waiting for 10 min, non of the staffs are taking care of enquiry for the order ,I itself took initiative after that we had ordered some juice and fries ...after 5 minutes I saw they were serving the coffee to a North Indian couples " I felt really bad about the situation and I asked them "why you told us coffee is not available and you served them with coffee they told some rubbish excuses for that and they told ,kitchen was at mess eventhough ,they served the other non-native customers with coffee and also I felt they were just ignoring us and finally I asked them "do I need to wait or leave, they told me to leave " ..... They showed a cheap attitude...horrible experience...plz don't promote...

We came across this beautiful seaside restaurant on our second to last day before heading back to Australia. The relaxed music drew us in immediately and what made us sit down was the hospitable Abi and his colleague. We stayed that afternoon and enjoyed some snacks and freshly squeezed juice (best pineapple juice!!) and decided to return later than evening for dinner as well.

On return, the festoon lighting looked amazing. The temperature and atmosphere was perfect. Our boys enjoyed playing soccer with the staff while we continued to enjoy a traditional Kerela Fish Curry (big call, but best I've ever had), Dal Tadkha, a few chappatis and some french fries for our two fussy boys.

Loved the chill ambience and the drinks that were served to us. Two stars deducted for falsely advertising "chocolate banana pancake" under dessert menu and serving a crepe drizzled with chocolate sauce. A crepe would have also been okay , but with Nutella or real chocolate chips not some low quality...
