I had to call them a second and third time within an hour, but no one came to check, and my complaint was completely ignored.

I stayed twice in the last month for a total of 6 days. they were very accommodative with my early check in and late check out requests. Special mention to the pleasant attitude of the staff, eager to help the clients with smiling faces.
The “spice ship restaurant” operating as a part of the restaurant is a cherry on top of the cake. The price, quality and quantity of the food in a clean and beautiful ambience cannot be matched, the food here alone is worth staying in the hotel. Hats off to chef Salim. Breakfast with decent options was delicious. Veg Meals, hot and sour soup, mixed noodles, chilli chicken , beef coconut fry were a few dishes we tried and wish we had more time to order them again.
