Better close the shop than running with this kind of service. Worst, ever worst service experience received from them. I have thought of trying their food and ordered for home delivery, the person has informed well in advance that it will take 1hour to deliver the food and I have agreed to the same. "After 1 hr" I have called them and asked for the status, he is like he is not aware of the order, given him the details of the order and he is like French fries which I have ordered is not available now and the order is still not ready. And then he assured to deliver it soon. Again after another 30mins called them and asked for the delivery. They told that they will deliver it in 10 mins. After 5mins they called back and asked for the confirmation again for the location. Then another 30 mins passed and they haven't delivered the food. Finally I have to go out and have food from some other place. Very poor service.. Pathetic service Never order or take food from such people who treats the customer like this.. Worst ever experience..

Today, I had a very disappointing experience ordering food from this hotel. I placed my order around 10:15 PM, but by 11 PM, the food still had not been delivered. When I called the hotel, they informed me that there were multiple orders and delivery would be delayed, which they should have mentioned when I placed my order. I ordered 20 pcs fried chicken through zomato and while eating i got a fried worm with it inside the fried chicken stuck in between bone and meat. Also the meat was really old and smelled fishy. We complained thorugh zomato and there was not a good response from them.
