Noel Apartments — Hotel in Kerala

Noel apartments not even deserve a star . The worst apartment I had seen ever in my life . That includes poor maintenance-poor illumination facilities, scratches on walls , lack of storage space , poor construction quality, inadequate insulation, problematic plumbing, unreliable heating and air conditioning systems, maintenance staff, such as slow response times, poor communication, or unresolved issues, Note - Try better amenities in this...

Poor customer support. No respect for the customer infact. Made us wait outside the building for half an hour even after repeated calls that we would be arriving at a particular time in the evening (6pm). And didnt even call back.

Besides, the location and the parking are tight. I really doubt the positive reviews shown here are genuine. Most of them look forced...

Stay was really good and amenities provided like a stove plates glass etc are very good. 2 bed rooms were provided with A/c and very neat and clean place. Only problem is parking and in Cochin I dnt thnk it can be considered as an issue because within the limited space the wonders are getting...
