Very bad service and poor stitching quality upside down stitching bad behaviour towards trainee I recently visited a designer boutique, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere and a sense of disorganization that left me underwhelmed. First and foremost, the collection of designer clothing in this boutique was severely limited and uninspiring. There was a distinct lack of variety in styles and designs, making it difficult to find anything that suited my taste. It felt as though the boutique catered to a narrow niche, leaving little room for those with diverse fashion preferences. Moreover, the quality of the garments was questionable. Some items appeared to be poorly made, with loose threads and uneven stitching. The overall craftsmanship was subpar, which is unacceptable for a boutique that claims to offer high-end designer pieces. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. Adding to my disappointment was the unhelpful and disinterested staff. They seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic about assisting customers. When I asked for recommendations or inquired about specific items, they provided minimal information and showed little knowledge of the products. The lack of personalized attention made me feel like just another anonymous shopper.

To make matters worse, the prices at this boutique were exorbitant given the lack of quality and selection. The steep price tags did not align with the value offered by the garments. It felt like a blatant attempt to capitalize on the designer label without delivering the expected level of luxury and exclusivity.

The overall ambiance of the boutique was also disappointing. The store layout was cluttered, making it difficult to browse through the limited selection. The lack of attention to aesthetics and visual appeal made the shopping experience feel dull and uninviting.

In conclusion, my visit to this designer boutique was nothing short of a letdown. The limited and uninspiring collection, combined with poor craftsmanship and unhelpful staff, left me with a sour impression. The high prices further compounded my disappointment. I cannot recommend this boutique to anyone seeking a satisfying and memorable shopping experience. Save your time and money and explore other options that offer better quality, variety, and customer service.

Extremely Disappointed with Faras Designers!

I had a very disappointing experience with Faras Designers. I had specifically given them a pattern from their own patterns and material for a gown, and unfortunately, they did not follow my design suggestions as agreed. When I went to pick it up, they claimed that they didn’t have enough material. However, this should have been communicated to me before they started stitching, not after the gown was completed. If they were unable to work with my pattern due to insufficient material, they should have informed me in advance so I could make adjustments.

Instead, they proceeded with the work and charged me a hefty 3500 INR for something that doesn’t even match what I had requested. Their charges are ridiculously high for the quality and service provided. this was for my best friend’s wedding, and they completely ruined everything by making the worst dress ever. Talking about the customer service , they are just arguing that nothing is wrong with the pattern , incredibly poor and rude behaviour. they’ve blamed me for the issue and have refused to issue a refund. Now they are not responding to my calls or messages. Extremely bad customer service. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and accountability. Faraas is Simply Amazing - the BEST custom tailor I’ve worked with!!! The attention to detail is the best part - lots of people just rush through to get a stitching done quickly not paying attention to small things - but Faraas stands apart - they truly focus on the big things and the small minute details. When they say custom the truly mean custom. I live in the US and did an online session with them to get my measurements, and then they sent me several pictures of fabric colors and materials - they can dye any fabric to the color you want! They stitched the set I wanted ahead of my arrival - I tried it on and was blown away by the workmanship! Then I didn’t the next 2-3 hours showing them more designs and picking out fabrics for several more sets - all of which I needed in a short time frame so I could take back to the US with me. They did all of them exactly as we discussed - and truly exceeded my expectations!! I have recommended them to many of my friends here!!
