Staying at Abis Inn was the worst experience of my life. Since I prebooked, I had to stay 5 nights here. I checked in on 31st December 2023 along with my wife and a 2 yr old infant. As we entered, the two receptionists welcomed us rudely asking for extra money for 31st and 1st of January. I had no other way other than pay them the asked amount. The lift of the hotel is run by a private cafe "Dum Maro Dum" located at the topmost floor of the hotel-this cafe has a hukah smoking area, drinking area and offers restaurant facility also. As we entered the room we were surprised by absence of even minimal facilities like hot water kettle, tea bags, coffee powder and sugar. What surprised us the most was, absence of shampoo, toothbrush, good soap etc. For all the three of us, they provided just a small piece of locally manufactured soap named 'Love Link'. As a doormat for bathroom they had some filthy rug, which on request was changed to some plastic stuff which doesn't absorb water. We were stunned to see the ventilator of the bathroom filled with remains of cigarette and match stick. We tried to switch on TV and it never works. It was found out that the cable was broken. When we called the reception, the security person turned up and he said it will be repaired by tomorrow but it never happened. At night it was too cold inside the room and there were plenty of mosquitos. We searched for the reason and found that the entire window pane was broken and one of the windows had fallen apart. Hotel guys had tied it with a piece of torn cloth. They even hid this by using a strong curtain. They had print outs of food menu in A4 sheets. It was displayed in the reception that we are not allowed to bring food from outside. On the third day of our stay, I had a meeting and wife was alone with the infant. Since there are no hotels near by, they ordered from the menu. But the receptionist replied that we are not serving any food because the kitchen is closed and is being renovated as an inspection will happen soon. Finally, after a lot of argument, the receptionist found out a solution that he will order food by Swiggy and asked us to pay the amount. The hotel fellows break their own rules. Since there was no other way we were forced to take food delivered by Swiggy which was very expensive. My wife and our child starved till evening and we had lunch only by evening 6 PM. Even though the reservation was with free breakfast, breakfast reached room only by 10:30 AM. Sometimes it becomes 11 AM. It is always Poori Sabji. We didn't know why they are so late in serving breakfast and always the same dish. Later realised that they bought Poori, Sabji and Chai from a small shop across the street and served it in glasswares of the hotel. The shop opens late in the morning and hence we were served breakfast really late. On the first two days while we went out, the key to the room was given to the reception for house keeping (initially the receptionist tried to argue stating it as 'occupied service'. I felt he wanted to charge for house keeping too. But there were other customers standing and hence he agreed to provide service). The next two days even though we gave the key, house keeping was not done at all. They are least bothered about the well-being of customer. They consider themselves as "Fab Hotels" but in reality they are Fraudsters named Abis Inn. Not in a single place you can see Fab being mentioned. Not even in the name board. Meanwhile the name board states OYO rooms. With the condition of the hotel, we think that OYO may also have cancelled their affiliation. The only thing that is positive about the hotel is the security guy who is very helpful and the 24hr hot water availability because of the geezer in the bathroom. The conclusion is that if you reserve a room here, you will certainly suffer. The receptionists are the real Gundas who thinks to rob each customer.

This hotel is terrible, the staffs are not professional, they even don’t know how to talk, first of all they said that the hotel is full, then they give me a room where the ac is not working, insect everywhere, and if I ask them for help they just say sorry, there is no ultimate solution of any problem in this hotel, the room is stinking like a public toilet, not worth of the money at all

Very decent behaviour of the staff and employees of the property. They are very helpful and employees treat you very nicely.

PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL !! WORST EVER HOTEL. This is not a FAB hotel but its a OYO hotel for couples only. Any business professional will not conformable in this hotel. Following are the disadvantages of this Hotel. This is Not a Fab Brand Hotel but its OYO Hotel. Earlier it was fab but the Property Owner has leased this hotel upon lease. New Owner is misusing this Brand name by doing illegal activities. New owner is taking max booking from OYO for couples.

No Drinking water provided. First ever hotel who is not providing drinking water. We have only option to purchase from market.

Room were dirty. Bed Mattress & Pillow without cushion is in worst condition Bedsheet and pillow cover was torn and dirty. Requested to change but denied after three days it will change. Staff misbehaved. Rude behavior. In Washroom no tap water. No sitting stool. Dirty walls, hangers. AC not working properly. Unhygienic stay. This OYO property is not for professional individuals stays but its for 2 hours booking for couples.

Requested all concern authorities to close this hotel as this doesn't met the hotel criteria for business professionals. I was expecting this as FAB hotel is maintaining every where in india this will be same. But this property is actually doing business for OYO but in the name and fame...

Very not cooperating staff at the reception. And wanted to charge me additional on every opportunity available. Not clean and required lots of maintenance and repairs. They charged me 1500 extra which I had to pay in cash and no bill was provided for the same. The refrigerator wasnot working. Even the electricity switch board was broken and a insulated tape was stuck on it. The restaurant was closed and they insisted we order food through them only. I had ordered some stuff to be brought to me by my friend but they charged me rs 500/- to allow the person to come to my room. Very bad experience. They don't even provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast was...
