My check-out experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful at a time when efficiency is most expected. Instead of handling the process smoothly, they caused unnecessary delays and confusion with billing. he was charging extra for dropping at the room stayed 5 minutes.
The staff showed little courtesy, and their rude tone made the situation even worse. Rather than assisting with clarity, they appeared indifferent and dismissive toward my concerns. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially at the reception desk, which represents the hotel’s service quality.
