Trophy Junction — Local services in Kolkata

The owner and the staff does talk sweetly when trying to sell, however when it come to complaints they turn their ears. I bought 3 trophies from them worth 10k, and they delivered it to me timely with air cargo packaging. When I asked the staff Shaolin to open it and show it to me she completely refused saying that it is cargo packaged. However, on receipt of goods most of the goods were either broken or rusted. Now the staff is not ready to listen to my complaint. My suggestion to everyone is that please check the materials before taking delivery from them. Their warehouse is a complete cheat.

Even if the product is damaged during the handling by shipping authorities or at your warehouse, how can someone make it rusted?? Please explain. (The rusted portion has clearly been marked in the attached photos)

The truth is we wanted to check at your warehouse but I was told at the shop that even if the materials are checked at your warehouse, I have to come all the way to your shop for making the balance payment. Even though after requesting you to accept the payment at your warehouse you refused.

It is not possible for me to collect the materials at one place and make the payment at other place.

Talking about the picture, the picture was shared with me after the packing was done. No picture was shared before taking the packing so there is no point talking about taking approval from me.

I am not a person who will intentionally paint the product or make it look rusted just to return or write a review here.

I have no intention to return the product and take the money back. I have written a review here just to make others aware of what may happen in future if they dont check their products carefully before taking...

Although the shop has vast collections with many choices, they are very unprofessional and unorganized. They will fail your delivery time. The concerned sales person will not provide any update and you will have to keep on calling them for an update. For our case we went to the shop and sat for close to 6hrs and pushed them to finish the job. This was all done after they failed the said delivery date. Would request the management to...
