Hotel Abu Palace Leh — Hotel in Ladakh Range

Its a very very very bad hotel, i even cant say it is a hotel it is kind of dharamshala, oyo roons are far far better than this abbu palace, rooms are so dirty food is so bad staff is so rude speciall Manager(Akash) he is so rude so nonsense person i had ever seen in my life he was that much bad with us. Manager is very rude. Doesn’t know how to handle things. Boys who work are really good. Food should be improved. I think manager should get some training on how to talk to guests. Very careless also he can’t keep record of which room has been provided to which guest. I won’t suggest this place to any of my relatives or friends because of rude behaviour of the manager. Rooms are big but there is a problem in locking the door.

Service is very bad. It is a big hotel but there no lift. We had to come down all the way to have the dinner.

There is a phone but it's not working. We had to come down again to talk with the reception.

Hot water is not available.

Water from the pump is leaking.

No one came to pick up our luggages.

But food is good.

In short, services are very bad, but...
