Hotel Ladakh Inn — Hotel in Ladakh Range

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days with my friends. I had somewhat pleasant stay at the hotel. The dinner and breakfast served was tasty on the first 2 days. But the breakfast was not good at all on the date of our checkout. Hot water was only available after 8 PM which was a bit surprising considering Leh is a well established district. Even my stay at Nubra valley had provided 24 hours of hot water. The staff was good and they even cooked our own brought up maggi which is really appreciated. Rooms were clean but towels and bedsheets were not very clean and the shower was okayish. On the day of our checkout, the hotel manager asked us to checkout ASAP which was really shocking. He even asked the driver to come early without asking us. The driver also complaint about the manager that he was asked to come early and now you guys are not ready. This created a scene and we had to skip the breakfast in middle as the driver said that he will go away without dropping us. Manager and driver even started making excuses that there is a really big traffic and you guys will be late wherein there was no traffic at all. We had to reach airport very early due to scene created by the manager. Such Kind of behaviour is not at all appreciated. Overall hotel staff was good and well behaved and food was also good other than the last day. I have reduced the rating due to shortage of hot water and the scene created by the manager on the day of...

*Note: ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL LOOKS GOOD ONLY ON PHOTOS * My Experience: While booking the hotel Ladakh Inn i checked with the receptionist Mr. Thakur whether they could provide me decorated room and candle light dinner for our first anniversary, we paid him whatever he asked for later this guy agreed with all our terms and promised to provide us best experience. when we went to the hotel he acted very casualy and said he will get it done by late afternoon. In the evening when i asked why didnt he decorated he said we dont have anything for room decoration and hence spoiled our anniversary plans. He acted so arrogant and asked us to do something on our own. It didn't stop here, I booked a super deluxe room after looking at the pictures posted on various apps like MMT. When i checked in into the hotel i was quite shocked after finding the room too compact looks like it was not more than 120sq ft. They have just bluffed us by posting the picture in a panaromic view. Even the room was smelling bad with untidy bedsheets. I would recommend not to book this hotel as they only care about is getting bookings and not providing any assistance. I would rate them...

We found this hotel as an emergency’s accommodation due to delays on our motorbike trip across India|From the very first moment we were really impressed with the service and hospitality at the front desk. They seen how tired we are and their attendance was more that we were hoping for|Than was even better. |Room was really, but really clean, extra bed arrived within minutes, saddle bags were already in the room waiting for us|Food wise - one of the best meals we had in Leh.
