One of the worst experience I ever had in my life by visiting this place. rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this so-called "fine dining" restaurant was beyond disappointing. We expected a premium experience – what we got was the complete opposite.

First, the service was shockingly poor. It took 20 minutes just to get a menu, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive the entire time. When we finally ordered, half the items were unavailable, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience.

The food? Completely underwhelming. The presentation looked nice, but the taste was bland and portions were ridiculously small for the high price. My main course arrived cold, and when I sent it back, they returned it barely warm. Still had to pay full price for it.

WORST SERVICE EVER I wish I could give 0 rating but there's no option for that. I gave them my order on a phone call and they confirmed the order, i reached the restaurant after 30 minutes to take away my parcel but the receptionist asked me to wait for 5 minutes, but after 10 minutes I asked where is my orderz he again said 5 minutes, now after 10 minutes I got frustrated and again asked him so he said that the person who took your order forgot to about your order, so now it will take around 15 minutes. Like what the hell. And not only us, the people who were dining in there were also complaining as they also didn't receive the food which they ordered before 25-30 minutes. And after few minutes receptionist left his seat and went somewhere and didn't come back for a long time.
