Firstly, it's unacceptable that the property owner denied check-in despite having booked through Agoda. This is a clear communication issue and is not the level of service that guests should have to experience. In addition to this, the state of the rooms was disappointing, with them being dirty and the TV not working. These are basic amenities that are expected to be in good working condition, and it's unacceptable that they were not. The leaky AC is also a major inconvenience, as it can make the room uncomfortable and potentially even pose a safety hazard.

Moreover, the staff's rude behavior is unacceptable and can leave a lasting negative impression on guests. Finally, the fact that the hotel does not accept any online bookings is a major drawback for travelers. I booked hotel through Oyo from 9th sept to 12 th sept 2022. My train was 18 hrs late , during that time I was calling the hotel manager but he was saying that hotel is full, call me after some time. Then when I reached the hotel at 3 Am no body was there . I called the hotel staff over phone asking for help they said , go to room no 304 on your own. I had heavy luggage , lift was off, requested them to switch on the lift, they denied. Room was horrible. Very very very dirty bed. Room was smelly. No AC , no wifi. Booked room for 3 , but it was a 2 beded room , they didn't provide an extra mattress or bed. The room doesn't even have a proper door lock. Please guys do not stay in that hotel. If you are coming to Hinjewadi you find many hotels here . First see the hotel then book . This 19162 hotel is the worst hotel in entire Hinjewadi phase 1. It's beside...

One of the most pathetic pg you could find in the area.There is no boring or supply water rather water is brought to pg in tanker on daily basis....so water crisis is there...that's why they don't allow shower in their bathrooms.Food is not worth it.Care taking is is worst in this pg...some time care taker can be found drunk during duty...so whatever your problem may be it won't be heard and believe me guys that is going to annoy you most.Instead go for PG which are newly made on room basis...they have borewells,electricity backup,attached batroom,tv etc...for the same rate Royal residency charges...so better have a pg huntingt before joining this pg who provides 50 years old looking bathroom with non funtional...
