Angeethi Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Out of the blue this time I thought of visiting the good old Angeethi with my wife on 14th Feb... I told her this has been a lost love to me... Hence, to re kindle my love with this place, I chose Valentine's Day.

I entered and was delighted to see the candle light setup... the tables occupied... the decor suiting the event... But the delight did not last long...

We wanted to try some fish, but not all of fish.., Hence we thought of ordering a Platter that would fulfill all the desires... And here the trouble started... The captain denied to offer fish in the platter... First turn off...

Next I ordered a simple Green Salad to accompany our drinks... Our drinks finished, but the Green Salad was still in the kitchen... Second Turn Off... And this was enough to ruin our date... We simply decided let's close the gate here itself, before more turn offs are served on our plate...

One of the oldest restaurants in the city. The food quality is excellent & has been consistently excellent since years. The service is excellent & the staff knows how to cater to thr clients who have been visiting this place since years. Thr schezwan sauce served with starters is excellent. Shall recommend this place & a must visit even for tourists. Indian & Chinese both get a 5star. Only the toilets should be improved & need to shift at a little better location. Had drinks hence the avarage seemed expensive but its priced well...

0/5 We experienced an issue with the staff's attitude. When we requested a table for 3 people around 10:30 PM and asked for family seating, the captain and stewards seemed unaccommodating. One staff member mentioned that service would end at 11 PM and we needed to vacate, citing closing time. Ideally, they should have been guided by the restaurant manager.immeditely we left the premises without saying...
