OYO 8997 Angeethi Hotel — Hotel in Maharashtra

Overall I had a comfortable stay, it wasn't that bad to give a bad review. I had booked 02 rooms for 29th July, 2019 night. One room was not ready when I arrived at 1:30pm, but the lady staff on duty at that time was very helpful, and made alternative arrangements alloting rooms on the same floor. We were allotted rooms 202 and 208. In the meantime, We had lunch at their restaurant on the ground floor. Food is decent, slightly pricey, but quick service. The DRAWBACK about this hotel is that it doesn't have a Lift and the reception is also situated on the first floor, it being having a double height ground floor. And since I had a elderly aunt 75yrs+, it was difficult to climb, but we had to manage.

The TV DTH/cable connection didn't work in Room 208, the staff on the shift from 4pm onwards was unhelpful despite being informed about the same and only when the night staff arrived, he agreed to allot us another room on the same floor to address this TV problem.

The bathroom commode seat in Room 202 was very loose as well as the taps in the sink, looks like the hotel doesn't undertake quick maintenance for the next guest. Another hurdle is the half a meter height of the step to enter the bathroom from the room.

Overall both the rooms, bathrooms were clean. I definitely would think the hotel management would seriously take note of this review and rectify the faults.

I would not mind staying at this hotel again whenever I visit Aurangabad city, provided I or my could guests don't have a difficulty to...

The display image on maps is of restaurant. The path for hotel lodging is from the left alleyway. No signboard for showing path towards the hotel reception which on the 1st floor. The rooms are smaller in size compared to those shown in pics. We checked-in 3 hrs late.. still the rooms weren't ready. We had to wait for some time for that. We had to ask for toiletries and towels. In OYO rooms these should be provided when guest check-in without request. The TV in one of our rooms did not have dish recharged. Also the ceiling was leaky. The door locks are electronic. We faced problem with that too but it was resolved. Rooms, sheets, washrooms were clean and tidy. Parking...

The worst hotel experience!! The entrance from the side,not noticeable..4 floors,but no lift,very arrogant untrained staff..the bed linen chairs were dirty stained,entire was dusty. I was to stay, however asked for the company managers I'd proof who had made an online booking for me! I walked in the first 15 minutes!! My bag was picked from the room and kept out...
