I stayed in this hotel from 4th May to 6th May with my family. We booked 2 rooms. Initially we were given 2 rooms on 2nd floor. The rooms were small. The bathrooms were very small and stinking. The ACs were not working. The linens were dirty. We complained. So we were allotted on the 4th floor. Same conditions. After a long drive we were looking for some relaxation but couldn't get any. Finally we were given 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms keys were not working. Everytime , we had to call front desk to open the rooms. Even though we paid for extra beds for two extra persons but they didn't give any. The food quality was bad. Breakfast place was hot.. Mr. Zaheer was not at all understanding. He only understands money. I raised the above concerns with him during check out in the morning. He was snoring and I had to call the security to wake him up. Read moreIt was pathetic. The staff has no basic knowledge n professionalism. We were 4 people including 2 ladies with us. We were checking in at 2.30 in the midnight for the further travel to jalgaon at 5 in the morning. We all had our identity cards in the soft copies. The staff said we cannot give you a room unless you all have a hard copy. We requested him to cooperate us but he was rude n rigid. He said we dont hv whatsapp number. We cannot operate email in the night. We will not allow you a room n thts final. We requested him to give his owner's number but he denied. We then took it from the website of the hotel. Till we do all this we had lost 35 mins. There was no conclusion n there attitude was still rubbish as it was before. We are now heading towards jalgaon n are just 70 kms away.
Guys please dont recommend this hotel to anyone. They are utter unprofessional. It was so surprising to listen from them that we can accept online payment but we cannot accept...

Even if any family member is more than two hotel people Start thinking that customer will damage asset of hotel even reception will ask you cancel booking or he will say not going to give room cancel room force fully.
In India check out time is before 12 noon but this hotel has own rule i.e checkout time is before 10 am
Rooms does not have milk powder for tea or coffee.
And most important reception staff think he is owner of hotel and final authority i.e if he want he will not allow to stay in hotel because his point of view you as customer should not have kids more than 5 year old.
Think before you are going to this hotel with family specially at night because if he denied to check in its difficult to get another...
