I visited Devgiri hotel on 2nd May 2025. We reach there around 2pm. Decided to have lunch in hotel's restaurant. Few people was there. They do not had Roti in their restaurant. Their Bhatti is not working. Used plates are there on our side table. No one is their to clean that table. We ordered chapati for my 3year girl they ask to wait. We waited for 20 mins and received cold chapati. No man power was there in restaurant. After that we went to room. Blanket is not clean. No toilet paper and handwash was in bathroom. Mahalaxmi temple is around 1.5 km from hotel. Next day we went for buffet breakfast for which we paid money. Half of the things from menu list was not their. AGAIN only one person was working in restaurant. Most shocking thing was that they do not had farsan for misal. Misal pav was the main menu. Sambar was not their for idali . Tosted bread was another menu but toster was not working. Not satisfied with this service. Even you make complaint no-one care. After reading reviews I went there. But think...

Rooms are decent as in photos. Bedding Linen was stained and dirty Location is good, 10 min walk to temple. Parking for 2 to 3 cars near entrance, 8 to 10 vehicles can park in unfinished under construction basement behind the hotel

Complementary breakfast is a sham. Most of the few items that were available got over before 9AM. The breakfast time was between 8AM & 10AM. Many people were waiting for a refill of the buffet breakfast, most of the items did not come by the time. One of us left without eating.

Our Ala carte Lunch on the previous day was a nightmare. Lunch arrived but no plates were given to eat food, we practically ate lunch out of quarter plates that were given with starters. 2 plates arrived just as the three of us finished eating out of quarter plates.

Food was bland with no taste.

The place is woefully understaffed.
