Duplex rooms concept is good, location is not that well maintained and you have to ask everytime for basic services needed, in the end they will pull a long bill for you for even first aid support. Service staff serves well but equally outspoken too, only a single person serving all over the place that's the irony.
The show was managed by 3 staff as a whole and sort of a deal breaker being in service sector.
Adding further as owner replied, for a duplex room with a occupancy for 4, they offered 2 mineral water bottle of 500ml each as complementary service, a single person was managing everything literally everything from sweeping, room service, bringing morning breakfast dishes to buffet area, collecting used dishes and whatever else you will ask for, that resulted in poor delayed service during breakfast so reported the same. Service guy was not at fault, hotel owner being employer is cruel to except everything from a single person.
2nd thing, service named as medical kit, the strange thing was that they were not having any first aid box in entire hotel, which is a primary and must thing atleast at reception, after requesting that guy brought 2 bandages and one small dettol and he himself said that they bought it from outside right that time.
3rd thing, in evening we checked for next day's brekfast menu and receptionist mentioned it will be poha and idli-sambhar, to our surprise what we see next morning it was poha and omlette, being vegetarian, I asked them that can they get us idli and sambhar as they mentioned, they thought and discussed for 15 minutes, then one guy gone to some outside place and brought it after 45 mins. and the whole time we waited for breakfast and waited to checkout form that place.
Literally either they don't understand that they are in hospitality business or they are really shrewd, choice lies with...
Read moreOur stay was ok till the point room next to us had guests playing loud music, creating ruckus and nuisance till late at night like throwing bottles, shouting, etc (it is 1am when I am writing this review). The walls are wafer thin. Nobody from hotel available anywhere to complain or take any action, no rules for stay and maintaining the decorum of the place. Not able to sleep whole night, and when you have a kid, it is not easy. Had booked this place looking at reviews stating this is a good place for family, but would not recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a peaceful time away with family. Disappointed.
Few comments on hotel reply:
Nobody answered call at 12.30-12.45 am, went to reception and nobody available there. Had asked earlier around 9.30-10pm as well to ask them to stop the loud music. It was not a family but group of college students I think Loud music and shouting went on till 2.30am
So instead of accepting the point (which they did at time of check out), the hotel is giving false replies in the response... Won't obviously go there next time and would not suggest anybody...

Other than the location, there is absolutely nothing good about Lake Paradise Hotel. The rooms were dark, stinky, and far from hygienic. We had to ask the staff to change the bed sheets upon arrival, which clearly should’ve been done beforehand. Eventually, we ended up changing the room because the one provided was simply not livable.
The furniture is old, the interiors are poorly maintained, and there was visible dust in every corner. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here.
Breakfast was another letdown — served cold, and the table underneath was filthy (see attached pics). It was shocking to see such poor standards.
I was shocked to see morning tea (that we ordered) was served in paper cups. When asked why paper cups, the staff said tea cups have not been washed yet.
The staff appeared disinterested and unconcerned about the upkeep of the hotel or the comfort of guests. With such neglect toward basic cleanliness and hospitality, I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to...
