HOTEL GM SAI RAJ SIR BEST HOST HE LIKE OUR FAMILY.My stay at Hotel MATHURA INN in Shirdi was absolutely delightful and truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the staff. The location is perfect — very close to Sai Baba Temple, making it extremely convenient for darshan. The hotel ambience is modern yet peaceful, with neat interiors and a relaxing vibe. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with 24/7 hot water. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at their in-house restaurant — fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The service was prompt and attentive; the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. I also appreciated the affordable rates compared to the high level of comfort and service provided. Safety and cleanliness were given top priority, which made my family feel completely at ease. WORST!!!

With the family went in to dine. Got a table which was not properly cleaned. Took him time to clean the same. Courtesy sake plastic water mug was placed with uncleaned dusty steel glasses. Don't know whether it was a strategy to buy mineral water from them or what (regular water tasted horrible). Ordered the following which we received on the table after 45+ minutes after yelling for few times 1.Roti(stiff and breaking), 2.Chapati(thick skinned), 3.Dal makhni( it was something else looked like preserved for long time ) Kaju mutter masala was decently good. Edible. Veg hyderabadi. ( It was only green but not the proper veg hyderbadi ). Ordered tawa pulav how much time it would take. Said 10mins ( received after 30 mins. Hands were dry till then ) Kind of okay okay tasted. Workers have their own attitude when u ask them what delayed service. ( Khana hai toh Khao ya uthk jao wala attitude ).

Note: observed one thing. People in this hotel work like customer inform manager about the order he'll tell other guy and then he inform some other. If they could own up and take responsibility service would get better. If you think clients are more then increase workforce or hire efficient ones.

WON'T RECOMMEND, GO ON...

My family had visited this restuarant during makar shankrati and had one of the worst food ever and this place was the epitome of being unhygienic. We have called the manager many times just to get our table cleaned and when the person came the table wasn't cleaned properly. The cleaner showed us the attitude when I told him to clean the table properly.

After that we ordered food Chinese which was dammm spicy 2.Dal tadka and rice : rice looked like it was cooked few days before and dal tadka was nothing like tadka .it was just plain dal and i would say you will get better dal rice in hospital rather than this restuarant Deluxe thali : we ordered 2 deluxe thali and in one of them a dish was missing and the plates weren't cleaned and also it tasted ridiculous. veg noodles : it tased horrible like other dish. Also all this dishes were over priced.

Me and my family had an horrible experience in this restuarant and would not recommend anyone to visit it. This restuarant doesn't even deserve...
