Hotel with worst hospitality services.
We family of four stayed in this hotel in March 2023. We stayed in 2 double bed deluxe AC room (123) for 2 days. Initially we booked triple bed room which was upgraded on our request to 2 double bed ac deluxe room.
Room: In comparison, room remain same like other rooms , only they add one more bed which make room very congested.
Washroom: Western type washroom. Cleanliness was okay. Hot water is also available morning & evening. (don't know if it is available for 24X 7).
Washroom amenities: Very disappointing experience. For family of four, they gave one Soap sachet (pack of one small soap+ small shampoo bottle + small bath gel bottle.). This sachet is okay for one person. But worst surprise is to us was they deny to give the same for every person. Hotel charges are like four star hotel & in the name of hospitality they even do not provide soap sachet to customer. I spoke to Hotel Manager ( Mr. Vinit) & he also said it is as per hotel policy. The worst part on this hotel is when I enquired , how all guest will use one same soap in washroom? The Manager started giving wage answers. This is hospitality of so called famous hotel with many good reviews & no review mentions this policy!! Finally we purchased soap from outside. This is worst type of hospitality ever I came across in my entire life. Even smallest type of hotels serves better than this. Hotel Owner shall look in to this & change the scenario for their name/fame.
AC in room: They have Window type AC in these type of rooms which keep on making noise. Especially it is very much disturbing if you are habitual for split type of ac at home (calmness at night is at stake). Fans in room also keep on making noise.
The have restaurant at ground level named Madhuban: a) Ambience: 3 star b) Service in hotel: Good c) Food test: Okay type. Advise: Be clear while ordering food else they serve Jain food without informing you.
Power back up: We observed frequent power breaks but they have Power back up which is good.
Location : Close to Sai Mandir & that is the only USP of this hotel.
Parking: They say they have ample free parking. They have parking space in front of hotel which can accommodate maximum 20 -25 cars. They have 80 rooms, so please check availability of parking space especially if you are visiting during festive seasons unless they have basement parking which we have not found ( don't know if closed due to renovation).
Front desk: One representative Mr. Prasad was very rude else other staff was polite & sensible.
This hotel is currently going through renovations which is disturbs normal stay of guests to some extent but it is no where mentioned on their web site nor it is being told while reservations.
Intention of above review is hotel to improve for minimum type of services they shall provide & nothing else. All above views are our honest experience during our stay & cannot be just compensated with just usual apology reply, instead better look in reason & do the needful so that next customers will not face such issues. Read moreDont book this hotel from any of online hotel booking site. This hotel not provide early checkin or checkout if you book from online hotel booking sites, they charged for full day money. Also if you book 2 bed non-ac then forcing to switch to ac because of room not available kind of situation create based on different reasons. Also checkin time is 2 pm to 12 pm (next day) compare to other rest all hotels provide 10am to 8am(next day) and 12pm to 10am(next day) as per worship timings. As per written early checking and late checkout charge as 200+gst but they charged for full day money charged. Even non-ac room not available so I upgrade to ac and paid difference amount as per legal. But early checking then took 2500rs additional which is totally illegal. and early checkin given me 1 room not 2 rooms. Also forcing to pay first then give keys this kind if harrasing to customer. Otherwise we gave key at 2pm this kind of nonsense talk to customer. I face third time same issue if book from online hotel booking site. Also offline booking then no ontime reply and their own site always shows full booking such serious blunder by hotel manager and staff. So this kind of cheating with me, so I asked give me gst invoice billing against all proper description then hotel manager denied to give invoice to me also not provide to me with proper charges with no right information added in invoice. Staff told me hotel will send invoice via email so I gave email, but not recived after checkout. Not provide gst invoice, also manger told me if agora told me then I can do it, such serious step to take now by agora against this hotel owner. Has to be Bend this hotel from online. I did not recived GST invoice via hardcopy or in mail for extra payments even after checkout, also manager and staff making false entry in register against checkout time so this kind of fraudrant happen with me. Beware of this kind of FIRST IN SHIRDI HOTEL = FIRST FRAUDSTER STAFF IN SHIRDI HOTEL
Now I am sharing all proofs which they written wrong and I totally not agreed. Now their hotel staff block our phone and now not given my refund my money also they told we give all proper details to be add in invoice and share over mail, but jot recieved... So their reply is also totally wrong. Which I have now proofs, also I shared my account details for their asking to refund my money but already checkout 2 days over not refunded amount also their proof I have. If any one need proof reachout to me I can publicly share and expore their wrong...
Read moreNon AC rooms are ok to stay not too great in terms of ambience but then one can't expect much from a non ac room too, however wifi speed is slow, we cldnt do our ofc work with this kinda 0.2mbps speed, had to keep laptop near the door to get some range, also the receptionist before generating wifi password said we need to submit a review, I am sorry but I won't give a Google review just because someone asks me to do, also they generate the password only when you ask them and it takes a lot of time, had to call twice, never mind it was slow not even worth talking abt, somehow did the work, the lunch was good however in breakfast they slip big time as there is no taste, that's another thing those items are made without garlic or onion, but still South Indian items are devoid of any taste at all...totally disappointed. ..
Only advantage the hotel enjoys is proximity to the temple gate, and i found parking too occupied, infact they had double and triple parked as demand was high. Due to this their driver helps with the parking that's a relief atleast.
Overall this property is only if you want to walk across the road and reach temple in two min but if i set the same criteria there are better hotels near gate 3 at nearly 50 pct lesser cost, you will always find ac room here for 4k without breakfast which is not justified at all.....! I booked at 35pct offer thro kotak card and still it costed me 2100...! It's extremely expensive and my honest feedback to the hotel is to upgrade it's wifi to a higher side, you cannot sell rooms just by advertising that Raj Kapoor inaugurated this hotel....! It's silly that you have notices pasted in the hotel saying late check-out will be penalized at 200plus gst, loss of room keys will be 2000rs penalty, this is ridiculous pls grow up guys ....!!
