Radha Krishna Veg Cuisine — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently organized a birthday function at [Radha Krishna RK] and overall, the experience was mixed. While the ambiance and service were commendable, there was an issue regarding the billing that left me slightly disappointed.

The staff at [Radha Krishna RK]provided excellent service throughout the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and our guests were well taken care of. The ambiance of the venue added to the celebratory atmosphere, and our guests had a memorable time.

However, the disappointment arose when we received the bill and noticed an additional charge for sharing plates, which was not communicated to us beforehand. While I understand that businesses have their policies, it would have been appreciated if this particular policy was made clear to us prior to placing our order.

Despite this issue, I believe that has the potential to provide exceptional service, especially with a more transparent approach to their billing policies. I hope that they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their communication with customers in the future.

Overall, my experience at was a mixture of positive and negative aspects. I would recommend the venue for its service and ambiance, but I also advise future patrons to clarify any potential additional charges beforehand to avoid...

Positives:

1. Lots of variety
2. South Indian menu served all times
3. Service is good & prompt

Negatives:

1. Seating is really cramped. In a 4-seater setup, even 3 ppl become congested. Plus many 4-seater setups have a protruding pillar coming out, which makes it extremely uncomfortable & congested to sit.
2. Taste & quality is OK-to-good, but nothing exceptional or great. Just another standard restaurant.
3. Despite average food taste & quality, cost is higher bcoz of prime location
4. No valet parking. Its right next to busy Shivar Chowk, so extremely difficult to find parking space.

Went here twice. Both times were forced to sit in 4 seater table (as we were 3 ppl), but that's too congested. During 2nd visit on a weekday around 2PM, we took a 6-seater table, but were "politely forced" to move to 4-seater even though the restaurant was 70% empty throughout the 1-hour stay. Also, they have multiple utensil desks right in middle of dining area, so too much noise of utensils gets disturbing.

Overall, just another standard restaurant which is high cost due to prime location. OK to visit for a quick bite, but not comfortable. I suggest better alternatives with available parking, convenient seating & lower cost - New Ashoka Veg...

We visited the restaurant on the evening of 24th December. Being a holiday, the place was almost full, but we managed to get a table as soon as we entered. The ambiance was excellent, cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were well-versed with the menu and always ready to assist. Amit, the staff member who served us, was attentive, quick on his feet, and always had a smile on his face.

The captain recommended a methi-based sabji (as my wife wanted to have something with leafy vegetables), but unfortunately, we didn’t like it.

Sweet Corn Soup (2/3 portions) – Good. 4/5

Veg Manchurian Dry – Excellent. 5/5

Chinese Bhel – Very good. 4/5

Lasooni Methi – Average. 3/5

Butter Naan – Perfect. 5/5

Roti – Perfect. 5/5

Mango Milkshake – Disappointing. 2/5

Parking was not an issue, as valet parking is available for cars, and there is ample space for two-wheelers as well.

Our total bill came to ₹1344.

Overall, it was a good experience. My rating is 4/5, deducting one point due to the taste of the Lasooni Methi and Mango Milkshake.
