HOTEL SUNRISE — Hotel in Maharashtra

Other guest were given solar heated water in the evening. But when we requested for hot water in the evening, we were told that the owner has told to close the hot water supply, and will be available in the morning only. (Climate is freezing cold in the morning) 🥶 It would be better to provide hot water indiscriminately to all stayers in the evening since tourists go out all day and come back in the evening.

Rooms: the room we got was the worst of them all. Not like the ones shown in the photos. There were cockroaches too. 🪳

Room-Service: When we asked for room-service, they said they were busy. So we requested them to give us a broom and we serviced our own room 😂 great service

Check out time is 10 in other hotels. Well this one is an exception cause check out is 9. But anyway we left at 10

Dear Visitors,|| Be careful about this this hotel i visited Mahableshwar during 16 to 9 Aug 2014 this is the peak season due to the consecutive holidays between 15 to 18 Aug 2014.This is the worst hotel in terms of staying and spending money because.||||1.When we check in we take breakfast package but in breakfast only two meals are available poha and upma thai is also in other hotel the quality of food is terrible and even the ambiance in not hygienic.||||2.Hot water is not available, as per manager saying hot water is available form 7 am to 11 am but the water is not coming after saying two three times it comes but not that hot as this is the hill station temperature is on the lower side so no hot water is come.||||Caution:- Dont take this hotel even in 1000 bucks as we pay 4000 rs per day with-out...

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance, we had a phone booking for a nearby hotel even after a reminder few hours ago the rooms were not ready and we looked up few other hotels in the vicinity and found Sunrise Hotel which was reportedly built only a few months ago better than the others, even though they lacked on simple things like in-house restaurant and a bathtub, nevertheless, it was value for money, plus, they waived off the taxes for our three night stay.||||The owner/manager Waseem was pleasant and helped us hook-up with a Cab who was our guide for...
