Sea View Holiday Home — Hotel in Maharashtra

I stayed in this hotel named Sea View Holiday Home in chivla. And i can tell you It is the best place to stay in malvan. Its the closest to the sea, its first floor has got a living area with balcony it is the best thing in malvan, enjoy breeze enjoy blue green colour shinning sea, less crowded beach, water sports. This place is Run by a family who are very polite, you wont feel like u are a visitee. vey helpful people. The distance between this place and the water level is minimum compared to all other hotels in Malvan. This guy even fitted a new ac because we asked him to fit one. very hardworking people run this hotel. And the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. no problem of water of anything. and about the balcony area this is best, You can enjoy the entire evwning and morning sitting here enjoying the saline breezes holding a cup of tea of a bottle of beer. Even in summers it is not that hot because of the cool breezes. ||There are 2 non ac rooms room no. 1 and room no. 6 These do not have AC but the window is facing the sea. and trust me you dont need ac because the natural breeze is enough. ||I stayed in 5 other hotels. And i Can say this one is the best one. Feels like it is your own house. Good for Family Good For couples. Good for friends group.||Water sports is near. The sports people wil come to your gate fir picking you. The water touches the stairs in front of the hotel during hightide. You may go for a walk there is a walking stretch here. ||and One of the most specific thing which i liked is People visiting Chivla beach is very less than tarkarli may be because people dnt know about this beach and it is newer than tarkarli, so you get a feeling of private beach even during holidays. and moreover hotel seaview is at one end so the entire beach area like like yours you can like set a chair in front of the hotel and enjoy the beach as private one. |I rarely review any hotels. this is the first time i am doing this, Moreover The owner was so polite and helpful that i decided to review this hotel and I made my profile for...

I had been to Malvan with my family during this Diwali holidays. Before going, I had researched a lot on the best stay I could get there & I had zeroed down on Sea View Holiday Home. After reaching there I realized that this was the best decision as it fulfilled all my expectations of a good holiday. The host, John & his family were very hospitable & genuine, never complaining or interfering. We reached there in the afternoon quite late, still they arranged lunch for us. They even arranged for a Vehicle to pick up & drop us to railway station. They have the best scenic location, beach is just few steps away, almost like a private beach. John is a very helpful person, be it for hot water or for tea & breakfast, he is always available. They serve yummy Poha, Ghavan & Omelette for breakfast. We tasted the most delicious Chicken curry & Sagoti Vade for dinner. You have to inform them prior for the home cooked food. Amol, the helping boy is always on his toes, very humble. This place is very near to the Rock Garden & the market, just a little walk. I preferred this place especially bcoz, Chivla is not that busy & crowded as compared to Tarkarli. Also, the fantastic location, reasonable price, lip smacking food, clean & well maintained rooms & their hospitality, all makes Sea View the best place to unwind & feel at home. Sitting the whole day in their balcony & watching the boundless sea in front of you, itself is a relaxation, which you yearn in a city. it should be more than 5 star. i was here for two days with my family and then i extended my stay for one more day. this place is very good for family. The family who runs the holiday home are very helpful ,awesome people with great behavior. specially john. really home away from home. the excellent view from the balcony where you can sit using cozy chairs and chill out with your family. beach is just 10 feet away from you. food what they serve is as per order but you have to inform them 1 day or few hours prior to enjoy it. we had malvani fish curry, malvani chicken , chicken pakora, bangra fry ,south Indian fish curry , yummy omelettes ,poha , missal pao . lot of stuff they have but inform prior. they prepare everything fresh for you . even you can buy fish from the market and ask them to prepare as per your choice. everyday we used to take long walk on the beach n saw other resorts were not occupied where ours were full. I got the best deal from MMT .but you can directly contact them for best price. keep it up guys ...you people are rocking and surely i will come back soon to...
