Shreyas Residency - Hotel & Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

This place is over priced for the services they offer. We were asked to wait for 15 mins because the room was being serviced but when we entered it had a bad stench inside the room. Garbage can was filled with rubbish. There were no blankets or towels or soap in a a/c room costing 2000 per night. The guy at the counter had a big attitude who was i guess owner of the hotel. For lunch we had chicken which was not very great. For dinner we ordered fish thali. The prawns was stale and frozen. They charge for extra anything. The surrounding is very scenic but this hotel killed our weekend. PART-2 The above review was written while i was in the hotel. The next day when i was checking out i was confronted by the owner. They asked me why did i put a fake review. I simply explained them that i wrote whatever i felt about the service. After hearing this the owner started shouting at me. He started to slur abuses to me and my mother just because i made a reservation through my mum's reference. Instead of accepting that they had a bad service me and my friends were chased out of the hotel. We were asked not to return to this hotel ever which we will never do so. I, my husband and my son visited this place for one night stay. On18th and 19th February 2023. Firstly I would like to mention that the rooms are very spacious and clean. Backyard garden area was also very nicely arranged. Though the swimming pool was not clean, there was dust particles on the water surface. Room service was quick and nice. Food also they made as we ordered with less spicy instructions. Though at the time of eating in the dinning area they provided spoons and glasses to drink water only when we asked for it. (It should be kept on table before serving the food) Lastly I would like to mention that they allowed a local white "dog" inside the resort premises . I personally don't like dogs around me. Moreover that particular dog was not friendly and was barking on the customers. After dinner, when I was talking a walk near reception area, that dog came running towards me in an attacking way. Thankfully I screamed loudly and moved away quickly. It was a very scary incident for me and my 6 year old son. Sadly the resort manager showed No concern over this. Overall the stay was nice...

Unprofessional staff. Replying to your questions asked ( When did I visited your property ). I did visited on 13/11/2021. With my family from mumbai. Looking at the review which shows 4 star plus rating in make my trip. I thought let's check your property for my wedding anniversary which was on 29th Nov 21. I came from mumbai on bike with my wife and my 10 year old son. None of the staff was bothered to show us the room and property also share the package deals. As on make my trip the price was high. So asked him if he can help me with the best offer for 2 nights. He just said you can check the garden and swimming pool area by your own & when you want to book the room do call us and he gave me the visiting card that's it.
