We went for a overnight stay with our 2 year old toddler, when we went for dinner at their restaurant it was extremely windy and cold, so we requested for a table inside , please note there were 3 tables available which we were told are already reserved for someone else, we then requested them to atleast close the door that opens outside to the roof, they declined saying it was not possible because they have to carry food to and fro through that door, please note there was another family sitting next to us with a baby who made the same request and were declined, somehow we finished dinner by around 10.15pm when they proceeded to close the restaurant and were cleaning and folding chairs and to our surprise no guest showed up for the reserved 3 tables inside, they would rather have our children eat dinner with the cold wind blowing on their faces and making them sick for their own convenience, extremely unprofessional and unfriendly and lacking empathy to say the least, no going and not recommending anyone to visit this...
