I recently visited and was appalled by the poor food quality and unhygienic conditions. The roti I ordered was half-cooked, tasting raw and doughy in the middle. To make matters worse, the glasses and utensils were not properly washed, leaving me concerned about the cleanliness of the establishment.

The lack of attention to food preparation and presentation was evident, and the unhygienic conditions made me question the restaurant's commitment to customer health and safety. The staff seemed unbothered by my complaints, which added to my frustration.

Today at 7:35 PM, I called to request a food parcel, and the call attendant was quite rude. This is the first time I’ve encountered such behavior; previously, my interactions have always been polite and cooperative. Unfortunately, today was a disappointing exception.
