Pizza Hut | Mira Road, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

Sloppy delivery service, they took an hour to deliver 2 pizzas and the delivery guy was blaming the delay on us stating we did not pick the call even though we spoke to them 45 from when he arrived. The manager too was very rude and said there was two addresses mentioned in the system, when he read it out to me, it was one address only, he just did not have the horse sense to know the right area. He took 25 mins to call to confirm the order which should have been done within the first 5 minutes if necessary. It's better to order from a local outlet it seems for without the time guarantee, they don't care for the customer's time and act slowest.

Even if they started baking post speaking to us, which should not have been the case, it won't have taken them so long to deliver the pizza at a distance less than a kilometre.

Instead not accepting their mistake, they very rudely told us, they will take the pizza back even when it's our mistake of not picking the call, as if we work in the call centre of pizza hut and it's our duty to leave everything else and speak to them . Disgusting attitude, probably wanted to eat the pizza himself or reheat and give the stale one to some other customer.

Honestly never recieved such reception from Domino's ever. It's a waste trying to order from the Mira road outlet it seems, better not waste the time else they will force you to have the cold pizza and blame the reason on you only.

Worst experience ever. The quality and standard of the service had deteriorated drastically, I wonder what is up with the food quality. If they hier managers like the one who spoke to me, I am sure they have no...

We placed ordered at 8.51, with the delivery exptected time being 9.21, but it'd been 9.48 by the time we called the customer care number on the website (the store number was switched off) to tell them we hadn't recieved the order yet. 2-3 calls, nothing. "We'll check" but we didn't hear back. So we went to the outlet and when checked, they realized they hadn't even sent our order out for delivery. It was just lying on the table. And we get that it's human to make mistakes, but when we talked to the guy at the register, his attitude was the WORST. Very quibby. He was back-answering, acting very high and mighty. He said, "Ha toh le jao order ab" when we told him about our order not being delivered. Horrible attitude. We generally order from Dominoes. But the ONE time we tried pizza hut, this was our horrible experience. He wasn't the LEAST bit apologetic about it. They even laughed about how they forgot the order was supposed to be sent out for delivery. I'm never coming back...
