The good The location of the hotel is good, the staff are courteous and well mannered. The rooms are adequately sized. The quality of mattresses are good.
The Bad
The electrical and HVAC systems are aged and malfunction. My room AC unit tripped over night and the technicians could not fix it.
The switches do not work well,
At first sight, the bed side switches which are placed over the head on the bed looks convenient, but they hamper the involuntary movement of your hands at night as the night lamps are intruding and dangling over your head.
The window AC units in the rooms are very old and need either replacement and better off be converted to split AC unit as window AC units tend to be very noisy and air stream does circulate well.
The food from restaurant was below average in terms of quality and taste.
The Horrible
The worst issue is that the lifts require you to place the only Room access card to operate. The moment you remove the card the electricity in the room switches off. So if one of the guest has to go out, they either have to struggle with the lift of leave other guests without electricity which is not acceptable.
On the day of my check in, 1 of 2 lifts were not working. The lift is very slow and can accommodate only 4 people with / without luggage. Causes...
Read moreMr Suben, who is completely unaware of any process, denied me rooms for a 3 day stay booked via my employer. This was at 11pm in the night. He ran away into a room and locked himself and left a poor girl to fend for herself at the reception. There were 3-4 other folks like me. Anyway my employer called them next morning and paid for my stay at a different place for the first day. Somehow magically the rooms appeared the next day.
Also while leaving , he said i have to pay the full room charge, while it was already paid for. I had to call my employer again and it was clear 2 mins later, when he realised the mistake he made. Humans make mistakes, that is understandable, but you should not run away from it MR. Suben. You lied, ran away when you realised you didn't know how to use the system. Nobody was aggressive or rude to you. But you still ran away into a small room and would not open the room.
There were 3-4 others like me.

Read moreWorst experience ever. I had made bookings 15 days prior to the visit. I had also asked to make payment for the same but they said it will be fine if i paid at the time of visit. At the time of the visit they said it was necessary to have confirmation mail. Even after i confirmed all the bookings and rates with their sales representative they still did not take any responsibility for it and denied to give any rooms. I had also called them a day before visit for confirmation but they still did not mention about the mail. I even called their general manager but they said it was not his lookout as i did had no conversations wit him. The point is how irresponsible they are when it comes to listening to customer complaints. What is the point of booking 15 days prior if you do not provide us rooms at the time visit.
