Satyam Sweets — Local services in Mumbai

It’s one of the worst places to visit. The person who sits to run the place is arrogant and has no interest in serving the customer, never has the patience to listen to the order and behaves as though he is doing a favour by serving the customer.

Such businesses will always remain stagnant and run in a mediocre way only because customers around don’t have any other choice. The day someone else starts a similar business around and treats customers like customers, places like Satyam Sweets will cease to exist.

Only the taste is good. The employee's and the manager are rude and not cooperative with the costumer. The food is cold. If any cash or payment related issue I face they get frustrated. Terrible service. I said to give chutney separate not in Vada pav he got frustrated and mix both green and red chutney. He didn't even have Vada pav hot. I wouldn't recommend to rely on them if you need anything. WORST SHOP...

Nice friendly staff and great quality of food. Proper hygiene was maintained and sweet people. Overall it's a nice place to be to grab a bunch of snacks with your buddies.
