booked in good faith based on very deceiving pictures in their advert in booking.com. ||viewed 4 different rooms including the "suit" to find a strong chemical smell in each, was advised they had recently been "fumigated" ||The manager refused to accept there was a smell at all even when I walked him back and forth to the lobby repeatedly saying " smell, no smell"||||decided upon the least smelly room but after 5 minutes I was getting a headache and chose to leave,the staff became very aggressive and the manager/owner demanded that I pay even tho I had cancelled the booking online and was leaving, incidentally his hotel was empty.||They tried to withhold our luggage and I threatened to call the police when they made moves towards us. I am currently travelling the world and came accross this on airbnb however, on airbnb the name is 'Boutique Hotel' not Haredia. |The staff are very helpful and can't fault them at all, even the security guard was such a nice guy. But, on my first night i was woken up by the aircon above my head blowing dust etc in at me. So, the next day they changed my room but then things went worse. At 4.30 am on my final 2 nights an horrendous industrial loud noise came from right outside my window for about an hour, it felt like the walls were vibrating (i think it was a pump of aome sort)|There were a few funny smells in the hotel on the entrance to the room.
