Most disappointing and the most frustrating stay of my entire life the rooms were so bad smelly and so dirty that you couldn’t even stay in for 2 mins they charge big amounts from the guest but not even provide 1% of the value the location is also very unsafe…when we asked to change the room they shifted us to a different room which was quite good in terms of cleanliness but as soon as the time passed by when we were just getting a bit comfortable the AC started blowing water out of it like what the hell is going on when we started complaining about it the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. I visited last October 2022 after Ganesh Chaturthi At the price of 3200 Rs per day ,my Double bad room was absolutly ok & cleaning service was worst, kokroches was there in room & too much bad smelled for 2N-3day, pilow,badsheet & blankets & towel all were in bad condition, bathroom , toiled flush condition was completely horrible, u will get hot water in batheroom only in morning time, if u want in evening u have to ask the room service boy for a hot water bucket & he will arrange by kichen by himself to your room..U can't get by bathroom.,the man on reception was too much rude, Room service boys & security man were Good Nature & co operative that the only thing we like. Was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I had booked a room before arriving there. And when I go there they say sorry. Preferring waiting north Indians they allotted my pre booked room to them. Further to appease the situation they provides me a kachchda room whose walls looked like hospital. Dirtiest and ultra tiny bathrooms and toilets. N the case with ac rooms is also worse. Rats were there. Plus they collected 1500rs for this nasty room. I would sincerely advise never get caught in this meanest hell. What was supposed to be a fun trip began so badly that it turned into an exodus. If there is some governmental agency that insists loving conditions in these hotels they should seriously consider canceling...
