Very bad Very bad Very bad They don't know to how to talk with customer form last 7 years i m traveling to mumbai but this is worst hotel i have seen i will not give 1 star also to this hotel i think GEST HOUSE will better than this this must i m disappointment i have from this hotel disappointment

No water in room No breakfast No service And most worst person who seat on reception very bad way to talk with customer

I have book room for 2 day and it's have very bad management no room service no drinking water in room if you order something it's come after 1 hour even drink water they don't give

Very bad staff i have given 100 rs for water bottle and the staff even give money back please never book this hote for any type of use

I ask for some extra hour and i was ready to pay also than also they say you have to take for 24 hours only........very bad to talk...

The hotel is located at one of the biggest and busiest market of the South Mumbai i.e. Bhuleshwar but the quality is not up to the mark. The hotels has the good ambience but doesn't seems to have the the class, The rooms are clean but not cozy. It targets the business class people and friends who are there for an overnight stay.
