We recently dined at Nebo Fete House, and it was a delightful experience! Our group of four enjoyed a variety of dishes and drinks, and each item added something special to our meal. Here's a breakdown of our experience:

DRINKS We started with a refreshing selection of drinks:

Virgin Guava: A tropical delight with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Virgin Mango Chilli: This drink stole the show! The sweet mango flavor paired with a spicy kick was both unique and addictive. Fresh Lime Soda: A classic choice, perfectly mixed for a tangy and bubbly refreshment.

STARTERS The appetizers set a high standard for the rest of the meal:

Fish Koliwada: The fish was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with the spices giving it an authentic coastal flavor. Classic Paneer Malai Tikka: Melt-in-your-mouth paneer, rich and creamy, with a smoky touch from the grill. Veg California Roll: A fresh and vibrant sushi roll, light yet packed with flavors.

MAIN COURSE The main course was a feast for the senses:

Peppers Paneer Pizza (Thin Crust): A crispy base topped with perfectly seasoned paneer and colorful peppers. Each bite was a joy. Paneer Lababdar with Churchur Naan: A rich and flavorful curry paired with soft, flaky naan – truly a vegetarian delight! Ramen Noodle Bowl with Prawns and Chicken: A hearty dish, with the ramen broth offering a comforting depth of flavor. The prawns and chicken were cooked to perfection. Grilled Chicken with Fries and Mashed Potatoes: The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, complemented beautifully by the creamy mashed potatoes and crisp fries. Nasi Goreng: This Indonesian fried rice dish was bursting with bold flavors, complemented by perfectly cooked prawns and a fried egg on top – a must-try for spice lovers!

DESSERT: We concluded our meal with a sizzling brownie – and what a finale it was! The brownie arrived hot, served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. The contrast of warm and cold made every bite a heavenly treat.

We recently visited Nebo Fete House ✨, a cozy & aesthetic spot that promises a delightful culinary experience 💯 . From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a welcoming vibe and a friendly staff eager to make our dining experience special 🌼 . The menu offered an exciting fusion of flavors, and we were eager to try a bit of everything ✔️ .

First up, we indulged in the Mexican-style pizza. It was an unexpected treat—crispy, yet perfectly soft at the base, and topped with vibrant, fresh ingredients. The combination of zesty Mexican sauce, exotic veggies and feta cheese🤩. Every bite packed a punch, and the portion size was more than satisfying 💯

Next, we enjoyed the tempura sushi, which was an absolute standout. The sushi was beautifully presented, with the crispy tempura on top adding a delightful crunch that complemented the soft rice and fresh avocado 🥑 . The tempura was light and perfectly fried, never greasy, and the balance of flavors between the tempura and the sushi fillings was spot on. It felt like a fusion masterpiece, blending Japanese and crispy textures in a way that was both innovative and satisfying😋.

The California roll that followed was another gem. With right amount of wasabi and soy sauce, it was simple yet refined. The roll was impeccably crafted, with each ingredient coming together in harmony to provide a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth experience🤩.

To wash it all down, we ordered the King’s Passion mocktail 🍸 . A refreshing blend of tropical fruits and a hint of citrus, this drink was the perfect balance of sweet and tart ❤️ . It was light and invigorating, a great complement to the rich and diverse flavors of our meal. The presentation was lovely, and the drink had just the right amount of zing to keep things exciting without being overwhelming😋.

VISITED TWICE - MY HONEST TAKE:

A) FOOD (4.5/5): The quality, quantity, and variety are absolutely on point. You won't be disappointed! The pricing is pretty decent too. That said, the pizzas could do with slightly creamier cheese instead of the thick layer they serve now. But overall? Yum. YUM!

B) DRINKS (N/A): Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the drinks. From what I’ve heard, they have plenty of offers. So, price-wise, they might be worth it... I guess?

C) AMBIENCE (4.0/5): The place is cozy, with soft background music adding to the vibe. Perfect for a laid-back evening.

D) SERVICE (-1000/5):

And here’s where everything falls apart: the service. Pathetic is honestly an understatement.

The staff doesn’t smile, seems uninterested in customers, and prefers chatting amongst themselves—even when the place is practically empty. When they do come over, it feels like they're doing you a favor by simply serving you. It’s an unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe through and through.

The cherry on top was during my second visit, when I asked the manager, Mr. Srikanth, if a customized mocktail was possible. His response? A disgusted look, an exaggerated eye-roll, and the demeanor of someone who had just been asked to climb Mt. Everest barefoot in 10 minutes. If this is how senior staff behaves, it’s no surprise the rest follow suit.

But Not All Heroes Wear Capes! A huge shoutout to two exceptions: Mr. Manoj and Mr. Kamlesh, the captains. They were welcoming, energetic, and customer-focused—honestly, the highlights of this establishment.

A special mention to Mr. Manoj, who noticed when one of my dishes was taking forever to arrive. He personally checked in with me, ensured the dish was served within 5 minutes, and turned the experience around. Now that is what customer service should look like!

The rest of the staff could (and should) learn a lot from these two fine gentlemen. Management, if you’re reading this, please acknowledge and celebrate their efforts—they deserve it.
