Disrespect to the customer, This incident has happened when me and my wife with 11months old daughter come to dying in the hotel (al zaika Dhaba kurla)staff has came to me and ask me how many u r ,i said we are 5 members they said to sit on the table, i old him i used only dastarkhan they said for dastarkhan u have to wait 25mins , i said its fine after 15mins gone ,i saw one family has came to the car(fortuner)at that time hotel staff told me its takes another 1hour ,i said why this happens he told that family had already booked online the dastarkhan that’s why you have to wait.This is all the marketing strategy simple as that we are 5members and car wala family is 12members obviously they eat more and bill also to high as compare to me , i know all this because the guard told me you came earlier then car wala family u supposed to go first this are the scene has happened to me on that night.in future i never vist again to this types of...

Even though there were only 10-12 people in the entire restaurant, the wait time was too much. We ordered masala papad and even that took 15 mins to reach out table, we had to remind them 2-3 times to atleast bring the papad. One of the waiter just came and placed the bottled water on the table and didn't even open it and serve us. And the most disappointing part was the waiters attitude, at all times his hands were in his pocket wasn't welcoming at all. When I told him that I need three butter rotis and the next three should be served 5 mins later. After we finished the first round of roti, I asked him for the next three and on that he replied "step by step aayega". I had to sit there for 5 mins with my dry hands waiting for the roti.
