Hotel Royce Executive Near US Consulate, Bandra Kurla Complex — Hotel in Mumbai

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the hotel royal execitive. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was dirty, the staff was rude, and the food was inedible. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was immediately struck by how dirty it was. The lobby was littered with trash, and the elevator smelled like urine. My room was just as bad. The sheets were stained, the towels were threadbare, and the bathroom was covered in mold. The hotel staff was also rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a clean room, they told me that I would have to wait until the next day. When I asked for help with my luggage, they ignored me. The food at the hotel was also inedible. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant one morning, and it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. I would not recommend the royal executive hotel to anyone. It is a dirty, poorly-run hotel with rude staff and inedible food. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, there are many other better options available. Here are some additional details about how bad my stay at the hotel was: The bed was so uncomfortable that I could barely sleep. The air conditioning was broken, so my room was sweltering. There were bugs in my room. The shower was barely a trickle. The TV didn't work. The Wi-Fi was so slow that it was unusable. The hotel was noisy all night long. I was overcharged for my stay. One of my worst experiences at this hotel . The manager Mr Rahul claims to be the owner also who made our life hell . A few months back when I visited them I was unmarried and he knew we were an inter religion couple due to our ID cards . For no reason he kept sending me messages at late hours of the night asking for money on his personal gpay account or he would take pictures from the hotel cctv and send them to our families on the address mentioned on our id proof . Back then I was unmarried and could not write this review but now that I am married I’m writing this without his fear . I have all the WhatsApp chats from this hotel WhatsApp number and his personal number where he tortured me like hell for extorting money . I wish I could really reach out to the owner someday and inform them about the worst experience we had with this hotel . Lamita , Rahul and Rohini are all cheats...

We were two ladies who visited Mumbai on 16th March as we had some work in the US consulate. We stayed in Hotel Royce...There is roadway construction going on near the hotel but as soon as you enter the hotel, the room, staff, location everything is super good...the best part of this hotel is that is is very close to Jio world, US consulate. Phoenix city mall etc...there is an auto bhaiyya who reports 5.30 am to ferry passengers to the Consulate so we were tension free as our appointment was at 7 am...the two ladies at the reception was so helpful and they made our stay very comfy..we had requested for one hour extra on our check out day and they happily agreed to it.... they have a dog by name of Sam and he is so cute...I give a 5* rating for this hotel...thank ou hotel Royce for making our stay so...
