Don't book this hotel without reading this!
Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com reviews are exaggerated please don't believe those reviews even 3 stars are more for the facility I would have given half star if it's possible!
I'm so sorry Jodiya guys I'm writing this review (Manager and staff both are so well)
Where and how to start I've that much to tell!
I visited this hotel during rainy days and booked 4 rooms for my family (June- July 2024)
-Some rooms are so small that a couple with even with one child can't adjust there.
-3 persons can never stay comfortably in any of the room of this hotel. The 3rd person who is adjusting with extra bed on floor will curse you for life long!
-Extra bed given to the extra person in the room literally stinks so bad!
-The biggest con is the unavailability of the lift facility, after shopping you've to pull all the bags to your floor with your own which is impossible task for elder persons in your group
-The room welcomes you with an annoying smell which is irresistible especially during monsoon days
-Cockroaches are everywhere
-Bed is in so bad condition
-The pillow will compel you to puke on them (I'm sharing the pillow photo)
-Bathrooms are clean but sometimes hot water is not available. Undoubtedly room service is always there but you can't call for each and every small problem.
My room rent was in budget but it was so so bad experience even for the amount I've paid to them.
Most peoples go and stay at Mohammad Ali Road only because they visited Mumbai for shopping purpose (As all shopping areas are closer to Mohammad Ali Road) but I would suggest rather not to stay at Mohammad Ali Road at all because all the hotels there having more or less...
Read moreStayed here for one night while going to Goa. Would not do that again. ||Rooms were dirty. |Roaches on the floor. |Hair on the pillows. ||Staff is not very welcoming. They do the minimum. At 20:30 our door was knocked and four youngsters asked for money on hindi. It was for the water bottles, but why suddenly and with a crowd, for 60rupees. It’s not very nice and they knew we are foreigners, so maybe sent a person who speaks english. Can’t these kind of things be taken care of in the reception?||Sounds from the streets are very loud, but the most weirdest thing was the staff or those boys or whoever made a hugh noise until 3am. I dont know what was going on. Also i dont know did someone so something weird, or what was the sound that came from our ceiling, but at one point I was sure that there are just rats running somewhere inside the building. Did not see any though 😃||All and all, if you need a hotel for one night and don’t mind sleeping in a dirty room, and wanna be near the train station, this might be ok. But not for anything more, don’t book this hotel for vacation in Mumbai. Price/quality ratio dont’t add up. ||They ask you to check the room first, thats a plus. But what can you say, if you’ve already...
Read moreLocation is excellent for someone who is doing business in the Central Business District of Mumbai. The room first assigned did not have the ac functioning properly with absolutely no cooling resulting in the discomfort of arguing and having the room changed which will be very difficult considering hotel will be full most of the times. The next room assigned had the ac working. Rooms are near and clean and hence the 3 stars. Bathroom is also good. Service is bad since the waiters can dupe you if you ask them to buy booze for you where they can trick you by stating non availability esp if you are just buying it around 1030pm where actually in Mumbai booze is available and wine shops open. Thereafter they will trick you further by stating non availability of the required quantity and forcing you to buy higher quantity. If you are on a business or even leisure trip my suggestion is to buy stuff on your own by walking out or use apps. Not a bad place and reasonable rate for the quality so I will recommend this place for a stay. If you have to drink outside or just order food then highly recommended Renault Bar and Restaurant which is...
