I have never stayed at a more appalling establishment! The partnership between the hotel and 'Fab'hotel (I use that term loosely) is the worst partnership since Katy Price and Peter Andre. ||I was asked to pay TWICE for a substandard room with very slow service. The 'managers' at the front desk couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried! ||||When asked to pay via an E-mail link from Fabhotel to 'confirm my tentative booking' I gladly followed their link to secure my booking. However when I reached the hotel they had not received my payment i made a week before hand. I had reference of my payment (via PayPal) and i had evidence of the money leaving my account. ||Well, this was not good enough for the incompetent front desk staff who forced me to call fab hotels myself to sort out the issue. An issue that I should not have to deal with. I was told that fab hotels and Crawford inn are separate! Therefore, i was asked to pay for a second time directly to the hotel itself. After paying it took 20 minutes for them to show us to our room and they were still insisting that i had to contact Fabhotels and request a refund from there end. ||||Well, I did request a refund, both to Fabhotels directly as well as making an official complaint through Paypal. To this day I have not received a reply from Fabhotels to settle this issue. Paypal themselves did not receive any information from Fabhotels during the claims process and went ahead and issued me with a full refund.||||I would NEVER recommend 'Fabhotels' to anyone, as they have a clear lack of communication with is associative hotels, and it clearly has no urgency getting back in touch with customers issues.||||Fabhotels really did ruin the latter part of my trip in India as I was travelling on a budget and I expected a quicker response from such a...

Read moreI don’t know whom to blame for spoiling my stay, Goibibo or hotel itself. I booked the hotel for 3 nights for my family after reading reviews and after checking the pictures of the property.I ended up getting frustrated. Let’s start with the service first- staff is rude. You will be served with super low grade plastic cutlery in room service. When you ask for steel cutlery they will refuse saying you might steel it. You will have paper cups in both room service and in buffet. You can order food from Swiggy/Zomato but staff will not deliver it to your rooms. Also staff argue with you and will enlighten you that you have not booked a 5 star hotel so you better know your limits. When I showed them the pics was shown on the site staff said talk to Goibibo about it and to add more about hotel being 3 star on the site, staff said no we are not 3 star hotel and suggested to talk to Goibibo again. Now the food- it was not tasty at all especially tea. You will have only two options for breakfast omelette bread and poha. I had breakfast only once and for rest of the days I preferred out side food. Now the property - it was under construction. Walls were not painted included our room. Washroom was tiny.
