Extremely Disappointing Stay at Fab Express by Kurla Inn - Avoid at All Costs

I recently booked a 3-day stay at Fab Express by Kurla Inn, primarily for its proximity to the airport, but I had to check out within 24 hours due to the appalling conditions and lack of basic amenities.

Security Concerns: There was no security presence at the hotel, which was concerning. The hotel staff appeared indifferent to their duties, lounging casually on the reception area's couch rather than maintaining a professional demeanor.

Room Condition: The room we were assigned was in terrible condition. A part of the door inside was broken, and no keys were provided, which left us feeling unsafe. The fan made an unbearable noise, forcing us to turn it off. The air conditioning unit emitted a smoky smell as soon as it was turned on, making the room suffocating and unusable.

Space and Cleanliness: The room was extremely small, with barely any space to move around, making entry, exit, and even accessing the washroom difficult. The cleanliness of the room was also severely lacking. The dustbin was not emptied before our arrival, containing dirty items from previous guests. The walls were filthy, and the bedsheets, stored inside a wardrobe full of dust and a spider, were unusable.

False Advertising: We had booked through @Agoda.com, relying on the images posted online, which depicted a much higher standard of accommodation. However, the room we received was far below expectations, leaving us feeling cheated. Despite our attempts to contact both Agoda and Kurla Inn for a refund, we were met with a frustrating lack of response, with each party deflecting responsibility to the other.

Our experience at @Fab Express Kurla Inn was profoundly disappointing. The poor room quality, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate service make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel. I strongly advise against booking here, especially through Agoda, as it appears others have had similar negative experiences. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...

One of the worst stay in my entire travelling period so far. Worst location, worst hotel, worst service, worst rooms, worst experience.. when asked to improve the condition, they were like owner doesn't want to improve the hotel condition. Rooms I've given 3 star bcz it's not worthy of money compare to location. Rooms are very small and water is dripping from roof in washroom. Location is bit scary as it's completely looks like slum but people at the reception area very nice and they help me with the smooth checkin and also know hospitality very well but no room amenities were placed in the room and I booked with breakfast but no bkf on the first day,came here for the quick visit...
