The Stables — Restaurant in Mumbai

The Stables! First word comes after experiencing the Place is AWESOME!!! The Place is Located near Airport Road Metro at ground floor in the Peninsula Red Pine Hotel. The Place has a good ambience and the tracks played inside is good for dance and party. It has a huge bar for people to sit near and have some amazing cocktail and beers with friends and closed ones.

Talking about my experience from the Place..The taste is very good but i found that the service was too late as we ordered the juicy lucy burger and it took them around 40mins and more to get the dish. Otherwise everything i liked about this place. The other dishes was on table in the proper time. The managers were friendly and the staffs too. The crowd inside the place is good too.

We Tried in Drinks -

Smooth Mouth - Coffee infused cocktail. Good in taste. The huge coffee beans in the drink tastes amazing as i took the sip of the drink with the beans it gives a good flavor in mouth.

Red Wine Sangria - The Sangria is always favourite when i get confuse to order any cocktail. The wine was just good and lite. The Apples inside it were good in quantity and it was very relaxing.

Old Fashioned - it was a rum infused cocktail. Very strong. Had more than 2 or 3 spirits in the drink. Sex on the Beach - This drink is always refreshing whenever i had it. The orange juice and vodka is just perfect when comes together and here at this place they made the cocktail quite well.

Long Island Iced Tea - L.I.I.T is a nice and Strong cocktail. I don't prefer this one it is made with dark rum and at some places it is too strong. The drink here was good. Experienced the soothing taste and the cockatil kick from the drink.

In Food -

Quinoa Chicken - I liked the Crispy outer layer of the chicken. It was served in a stick which is convenient to eat with the sauce. The chicken was nicely cooked from the inside. The dish was very good according to me.

Three Cheese Quesadillas - Quesadillas are a must try when with friends as the quantity served of it is more and its stomach filling too. Here at The Stables, the taste was very nice as the cheese and chicken was too much as filling inside the dish. Loved it.

Barbeque Chicken Pizza - The Bbq Chicken Pizza seemed good when it arrived but when took a bite with the chicken i felt that the chicken was too sweet which was making the pizza bit less tasty. Other wise the pizza was amazing except for the bbq sauce in which it was made. Could have been less sweet.

Juicy Lucy Chicken Burger - The Chicken burger was Juicy and heavy. Being a chicken burger it still had a lots of veggies inside it. Tomatoes were in good quantity and the crispy fried chicken was too much. The burger was massive.

Barbeque Chicken Fries - Regular fries with bbq chicken topped on it. The fries were crispy and perfect. Loved it.

Sweets are a Must, here's what we tried -

Chocolate Caramel Tart - it's basically a Chocolate Tart Topped with a lots of melted chocolate. The Crispyness of the Tart and the Sweetness of the the Liquid chocolate just makes the dish Perfect.

I had the pleasure of visiting "The Stables - Peninsula Redpine" restaurant at Marol for dinner with some friends last night, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Tete Nampui who is the SM manager at the location. It was a lively ambiance of the restaurant, which was enhanced by the cricket screenings that were playing on large screen. In addition to the exciting sports screening, the restaurant was also offering some excellent deals on both drinks and food during this time, which was a great bonus.

What really stood out to me about The Stable, however, was the karaoke night that took place later during our visit. The atmosphere was electric, with patrons belting out classic hits and dancing along to the music. The entire vibe of the restaurant was very upbeat and welcoming, which made for a truly enjoyable evening.

Of course, we couldn't dine at The Stable without trying some of their delicious food offerings. To start, we ordered a few drinks and beers to sip on while we perused the menu. I opted for the classic Mojito, while my friends tried out some of the restaurant's signature cocktails. All of the drinks were well-made and flavorful, and the prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the special deals that were available.

For our appetizers, we decided to try the Lasuni chicken tikka. The Lasuni chicken tikka was an absolute standout. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with a rich garlic flavor that really elevated the dish. I would recommend this dish to anyone who loves a good kick of heat.

My friends ordered a range of other dishes, including Baked Chicken Baklava & Fish Tikka. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and smelled absolutely divine. I had a chance to try a bite of each, and I was blown away by the complexity of flavors and the perfect balance of spices in each one.

For our main courses, I opted for the classic chicken tikka Biryani, which was cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the aromatic flavourful basmati rice and raita that were the perfect combination. The entire dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the chefs at "The Stable" really know how to bring out the best in their ingredients.

Of course, no meal is complete without a little something sweet to finish it off, so we decided to split a slice of blueberry cheesecake for dessert. It was the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. The cheesecake was light and fluffy, with a sweet, tangy flavor that was just right. I would highly recommend this dessert to anyone who loves a good slice of cheesecake.

Overall, I would highly recommend The Stable restaurant to anyone looking for a fun and delicious dining experience. The ambiance is lively and welcoming, and the food is absolutely top-notch. Happened to visit this place yesterday, known for its premium quality. This area may have a bunch of restaurants but this place stands unique amongst others. One can surely enjoy with friends/family.

The STABLES is a part of Peninsula Redpine hotel. It is located at Andheri, this place is a party lover delight. The menu consists of North Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines. Apart from this they also have a luscious range of cocktails.

The Ambience looks pretty, this place is spacious and It has a comfortable seating arrangement. This place is a paradise for cocktails lovers. They have sports screenings and live karaoke. Hospitality was well taken care of as the staff was friendly, especially the bartender Rani and server Pooja has done a brilliant job.

COCKTAILS

1)LONG ISLAND ICE TEA- Combination of all the spirits with coke made to perfection. It tasted amazing, a powered cocktail to try out. The presentation was top notch and I would surely recommend this cocktail to everyone.

2)TEQUILA SUNRISE- Yet another powered cocktail to try out. Tequila blended with orange juice and topped with a slice of pineapple. It tasted luscious, the combination went well. The presentation was on point.

STARTERS

1)LASOONI CHICKEN TIKKA- Had this juicy and tender chicken tikka which was marinated to perfection. It tasted scrumptious, juicy chicken tikka served to perfection. The quantity was sufficient and it was well presented.

2)JUICY LUCY CHICKEN BURGER- One of the best burgers I have had recently. Juicy chicken patty served to perfection. The burger was flavourful and it tasted scrumptious. Potato wedges served with a juicy burger. Just like the name, It met the expectation level. The presentation was excellent. The presentation was on point.

MAIN COURSE

1)CHICKEN STROGANOFF- For the mains, we had this signature dish. Juicy and fresh chicken served with flavour sauce along with rice. The combination was delightful to have it. It tasted well and the quantity was sufficient. The gravy was delightful to have it. The presentation was on point.

DESSERT

1)TIRAMISU- All-time favourite dessert was served to perfection. The texture was on point, rich in taste and delightful to have it. The presentation was excellent.

On the whole, it was an amazing experience. All the sustenances that I attempted were extremely delicious. The quality and quantity were on point. I would surely recommend this place and would like to visit again to try other signature options.
