Hotel Malad Inn — Hotel in Mumbai

issues I faced here in this property!|1) lack of commitment:- at the time of checkinn I personally confirmed with the person on reception that is there any chances to extend the time of checkout, and they agreed that by 12noon you may checkout. still next day morning at 10.30 am I get a person knocking my door just too ask the checkout timing ! ||2) poor hygiene standards:- most of the time I saw people without mask ! visiting this hotel is just on your own risk .||3) room shifting :- when I checked inn I was given a big 3 person occupancy room as the hotel was overbooked and was told that they will shift me again in the evening too the available category of room which I have booked. my evening got waste in this to resemble all the stuff pack bags and shift. ||5) amenities do not work :- only one light was working in the washroom! no supplies were provided , and then after shifting the room which was given had no cable connection as they haven't recharged the dth setupbox (told by one if the employee from there only ) |2) no intercoms telephone available in the 2nd room soo each time when you need to reach reception , you have too use your own mobile to do soooo. ||In some rooms there are TVs which were working ! Where as in some rooms there's was intercoms too. But the room which was allotted to me had nothing ! ||6) no responsible person available:- 1) even if you need plates and spoons from the hotel itself you need to call reception for almost 2 times ! Because each time you call they'll say "yes sir we'll send and nothing turns up at your doorstep" |2) wanted to get my food warm again soo I called the reception at 8.30 pm evening ,soo they said that they'll get it done! From 8.30 I called reception for almost 3 times till 10.45pm and still non of the person turned up to collect the food. Still everytime on call I got the same ans that they are sending the person . |My partner was about to checkout after having food but because of them she checked out empty stomach . ||In the end I personally went to the reception to see what's the issue and was surprised too see that non of the staff was told about this request of food to make it warm . ||Had very rough day at this property and suggest you too please think before you take a...

I don't know where to began with this place called malad inn. Location is a sabzi mandi to be best described in front of the railway station. It's not even a proper hotel as some floors are occupied by other tenants. The room are claustrophobic and very small and hotel does not have a concept of hygiene. The staff by the name of aftab and all are only courteous when the owner is present. Also the reception is on level4 and staff use the room next to the reception as their own private villa for various nefarious activities. We booked for 7 nights but looking at the hygiene and all the "night activities" we decided to leave immediately as we were with the family. Stay away from...
