I checked out a day early and informed well before the check out time. Informed the hotel staff and they said I'll have to directly speak with treebo customer service. I went through the automated process 5-6 times after which I was on hold and then the call just ended without anyone picking up. Finally after being on hold and listening to the awful hold music for 3.5 minutes (are you serious??) I got through to an extremely unempathetic, unhelpful person who kept repeating the same thing over and over again 'this is our policy mam'. I'm leaving the room before your standard check out time and one day early and you tell me you're going to make me pay the full 2.8k for the extra night? I mean even multi-million dollar companies like Amazon cares more about their customers than you even though they have nothing to lose if they lose a customer. Here your customer base is small and still you can't even make an attempt to help. The customer service guy should get a 2.8k cut from his monthly salary once, maybe then he will understand the value of it. The hotel staff also spent an hour trying to reach someone who could modify the booking. Nobody in the treebo team was even answering their cell phones. Finally they got through to someone and they did the modification without any issue. I didn't even have to pay a cancellation charge. So yeah, dear Treebo management, if you want to run a hotel franchise you need to get your customer facing team in order. Next time I know atleast I will be picking a hotel where the hotel reception doesn't have to call someone in a different city to ask if someone should be charged the full payment if they are checking out a day early that too before checkout time. Read morePathetic service ||||I had Booked 2 rooms yesterday,firstly I had to wait 20mins,even after reaching at 2pm,the rooms were not ready and I got room at 2.30pm..and had selected kings bed size,as kids were along with us.. while booking 4days prior||And the staff said we can't provide kind size bed,only twin beds are available??||Really..? Then wat was the point in booking online 4 days prior???||The staff was so rude,they said mam u can choose other hotel but we don't have king beds..But they will not refund the amount that is paid online..||Not just that,when I asked for extra bed as they had charged me for 5th added person..staff said mam our service staff will not be available at 11pm for providing extra bed..||I was out for a function so I reached hotel at 11pm,and requested immediately at counter for extra bed..||The next day breakfast was not available the time I wanted,nor buffet was ter..as tey had mentioned me when asked details..||While booking they had mentioned there breakfast included with options,and buffet..||They will bring Breakfast from some outside stall and will charge u 200/300 for same.||That 1star hotel provided me just 3 kids size medu wada breakfast ?No options..||Only medu wada and bread..||May I knw how this combination goes? Read moreI usually do not write reviews but our stay at Treebo Olive Nest Malad West (opposite Bombay Talkies) was so excellent that I could not stop myself from writing a review. The rooms were nice and clean. The room service was very prompt and efficient. Everytime we called them they responded very quickly and took care of our needs. World class service. Morning breakfast was excellent with so many options like pohe, meduwada, uttappa, idli, sambar, misal pav, fresh fruits, masala omlette, dosa. Everything. This is way above and beyond compared to what breakfast we eat at home. Sometimes we ordered dinner from their restaurant at a reasonable extra cost which was great quality too. I was hesitant to reserve this hotel before, since many reviews said it's situated amidst slum area. But I think it is misinformation. It has a perfect connecting about half a km road from the main S. V. Road. So our commute to and from the hotel was very convenient. It is at a convenient distance from Malad and Goregaon station, with all fantastic shopping places around. I didn't find a single point to complain about. Thank you so much staff!
