I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I would like to highlight a few key areas that need immediate attention:
Rude and Unprofessional Staff: From the reception to the waiters, the staff's attitude was consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we called to place an order for just two people, we were treated as if we were asking for free food. The reception (guy) was especially rude, lacking even basic courtesy, which was quite shocking. 😠 Additionally, at the restaurant the service was painfully slow, as the waiters seemed more interested in chatting among themselves or standing by the main door rather than attending to customers. Declining Food Quality: The food quality has significantly declined. It seems like they are simply reheating old food and serving it without proper hygiene, which is quite concerning. There were even instances where the food was served with unwashed hands.🤢 Unjustified High Prices: The pricing is unreasonably high, especially considering the poor quality of both the service and food. Even a basic beverage like "chaas" costs over Rs.100, which feels like they are charging customers to cover their renovation expenses. 😌 Poor Hygiene: The hygiene levels are far from acceptable. The floors were dirty, the plates weren't properly cleaned, and there were mosquitoes flying around, indicating that cleanliness is not a priority here.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It genuinely felt like they were doing us a favor by serving food. I would also suggest that the @fssaiindia @FSAmumbai to take a closer look at this establishment 🙏🏻 to ensure they meet...

I recently dined at Shree Krishna Hotel in Malad West, and while it offers a decent dining experience, it falls into the 3-star category for me.
The restaurant has a no-frills, straightforward ambiance, which is clean and comfortable. It's not particularly fancy, but it serves its purpose well. The staff is courteous and prompt, making sure that your dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.
As for the food, I tried the Jain Pav Bhaji and the Jain Spring Dosa. The Jain Pav Bhaji was quite good, with the bhaji being well-spiced and flavorful without the use of onions and garlic. The pav was fresh and perfectly toasted, complementing the bhaji nicely. The Jain Spring Dosa was also a pleasant surprise, with a crispy exterior and a tasty filling that was both satisfying and flavorful.
While these dishes stood out, the rest of the menu seemed fairly standard, with nothing particularly extraordinary to mention. The prices are reasonable, making it a good spot for a casual meal without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, Shree Krishna Hotel is a decent choice for Jain food in Malad West, especially if you're in the mood for a good Jain Pav Bhaji or Jain Spring Dosa. With its clean ambiance, friendly staff, and reasonable prices, it earns a solid 3-star rating. It's a reliable option for a straightforward and...
