HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. WORST SERVICE EVER!
Had booked this hotel for 2 days. The checkin was smooth but the actual problems started later on. We had ordered lunch and asked them for the plates and glasses. We finished our lunch still no one showed up after calling thrice. Later a guy came with 2 cup tea which we did not order for. A hr. Later, electricity was completely gone. One of the staff opened the door of my room without knocking. This was veryyy pathetic of the hotel staff.
I headed out for work on the first day, asked the hotel staff to clean the room over intercom, in person (twice). I came back late in the eveng and the room was as it is. The staff was very unresponsive to it. I brought that to owners attention who happen to be present there. He apologized and bragged to his staff âto take request from my room on priorityâ
The bathroom floor did not even have a decent slight slope so the water drains down, instead it was all clogging in the door. The flush wasnât working and flush tank was taking ages to get filled up.
Day 2 - there were 2 biggg cockroaches in our room. Photos are below. We were served with complimentary breakfast. It had poha and âupma- with a dash of staff hairâ ! I asked them to finalize my bill as i wanted to checkout early. Even after 1 hr no one returned to me. I had some balance due, upon raising these many complaints they waived it off and with courage asked me to post a âpositive reviewâ ! Kudos to the owners and staff !
Highly not...

Dogs , pigs roam around freely. The rooms are tiny and have hardly any space for the guests. The bathrooms are so small that you cant even stretch you arm. Would not recommend the hotel for single/families. The entire area is known for crime and poor law and order.|Though the hotel name is sion residency its actually situated close to Dharavi, which is the largest slum area in mumbai. The hotel is situated close to a Bar, and a favourite among the people who get drunk and then cant go home.|Stayed in the hotel for 2 days and the stay was terrible, just wanted to get out of it ASAP.|No ventilation, windows, the rooms are too noisy, if someone is talking in the other room you can hear the conversation. The rooms are tiny and filthy. As it was raining in mumbai continuously for 5-6 hrs , the road outside the hotel got flooded and had the rain not stopped water would have entered the rooms and flooded the hotel too.|Have'nt seen such small rooms, and...
