Review is based on the experience from 14th Dec, 2019 till 17th Dec, 2019.
The auto driver took us to this hotel. We arrived around 9-10 am. Got in and asked for a 7 bed room for 4 days. Receptionist said that a 6 bed room is available and he would give an extra bed mattress for free, quoted price of 5500/- per night including WiFi which was too much. Total would be 22000 which is once again too much. We should've inquired other hotels, (our bad) we did not. Then we negotiated and agreed at 4750/- per night. -
(On the second night though we inquired the other hotel that's just beside Pearl View hotel for 6 bed room and they quoted Rs 3500/- per night.)🤐
Finally got the room. As soon as we entered the room we noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from somewhere. It was coming from the pillows. Room and the toilet were clean. Food was HALAL and delicious but a bit expensive, quantity should be increased. After the order through the telephone, was delivered within 20-30 mins.
The second day we asked for room service. They came and cleaned the room, mopped the floor and changed all the sheets including the pillow covers and towels. The stinky smell was still there so we had to ask for extra bed sheets just to put them on the pillows. WiFi was down in the afternoon for almost 3-4 hrs. Bought bread from Islamia Bakery, 1km from the hotel. Flour bread was available all day but wheat bread was available only after 9PM. Some fruit vendors are also present nearby.
On the third day, room service completed as asual. WiFi was down once again for 1-2 hrs. Upon complaining, receptionist replied that he registered a complaint with the network operator and can't do anything further and we should use our mobile data if required. Lol what😡
On the last day we all had to go out for some work so we handed the room keys to the receptionist and upon returning every item was present as we had left so that was great.
We had to check-out before 12pm and we had to travel a long distance to get back to our place so we asked for some extra time to packup and get things sorted out. The hotel management agreed and didn't ask for extra payment. We left the hotel around 2-3pm.
My rating would be 6.5\10.

Read morePathetic! if there were NEGATIVE STARS I would have chosen the Most negative. The reception was rude and non-professional, it appeared that they are there to LOOT and charge for every thing. The room was not more than a Dungeon type where you never knew whether, it is Day or Night outside! The Room was full of PESTS and COCKROACHES. and the Mattress was INFESTED with Pests which gave my sleepless nights (my stay was 3 nights where as online booking was for 4 nights and I have to cut short). The Housekeeping staff never cared to clean and change the towels and bedsheets in absence when I was outside on business. instead the housekeeping staff planned to clean the room before my checkout and demanded the CHAI PAANI money! The most pathetic situation was the Location of the hotel, it was in remote and un inhabited area where only Transports vehicles were found not a single shop or Restaurant to buy or eat. I paid online for the Breakfast service and what I got was a cheapest menu which cost only 80 to 100 Rupees and they charged online 160 per person online, the quantity was meagre compared to the same stuff purchased at hotel. it seems the hotel and OYO are hand in glove, when I informed to checkout earlier, the hotel reception told me OYO will reimburse the difference of checkout, when contacted OYO they claim Hotel will complete this transaction both are CHEATERS! Never ever go via OYO they pick the hotels which are Blacklisted and with mean facilities. Overall it was a Very bad experience with this Hotel and I suggest...
Read morePhotos looked great online with wide angle lens, but the room was so small I could touch both walls at once. Felt more like a cupboard with a bed!
The plates were not clean and still had oil on them. Any request i make to chef, he has this disgust expression on this face and was rude and replied in a rough local tone. Food was served in old plastic plates with scratches. The way things were handled in the kitchen, it felt like the same utensils and oil might be used for both veg and non-veg food. Hygiene didn’t feel right, so I ordered food online instead and when I asked for plates and spoons, some guy sitting with an arrogant posture in the kitchen questioned why I needed plates. I said, “I’ll clean and return them, no problem, sir.”
All the hotel staff were Muslims and were having iftar right in the middle of the walkway to my room, with lots of meat around. It was hard to walk past since i was vegetarian.
No lift, no water in the spray gun, and definitely no sign of hospitality. Only the AC was working and that was the only good thing. I didn't want to complain about anything and become surprise dish at their iftar so I stayed calm.
For a moment, I genuinely felt like a commoner walking into the Mughal era the looks on their faces said I didn’t quite belong. Honestly, as a vegetarian Hindu, I wouldn’t come...
