Fabelle at The Chocolate Boutique- ITC Maratha — Restaurant in Mumbai

This was my second time dining here, and both times the chocolates have been mostly good, albeit expensive. I would honestly give a 4 to 5 star rating if not for the complete unprofessionalism displayed by the chefs. I literally caught a chef loudly abusing and joking around with others which is okay but I believe the behavior of the staff is a direct representation of the ethic of the workplace. More importantly, the same chef (I'm not sure if they're the same but both had thick eyebrows), whose label clearly said Parijat (like the flower) was holding hands and very closely cuddling with another man from the staff. It's 2023 and far be it for me to discriminate homosexual relationships but cmon man it's a professional workplace which promises a luxury dining experience, and this stuff just doesn't look good. I'm pretty sure he saw me looking at them and I honestly would have called him over and told him this myself but the moment he saw me he ran away to his right which is why I'm putting it in this review here. I'm sure he had no bad intentions and we're all allowed to live out our personal lives but I felt really icky after seeing that and probably won't be visiting this...

This is a lovely boutique within ITC Grand Maratha! Visited it while at the hotel and the range is varied

Chocolates: Firstly the chocolates or desserts are something you can’t try/or sample before buying as these are per-packed and stored here. We tried the dessert box with six truffles. They were too sugary and honestly felt like we were having sugar! Over-priced as well as we got six truffles for ₹625!

Ambience: Really lovely but honestly nothing...
