Hotel Archana Residency — Hotel in Mumbai

Hotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, along with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watchman chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself.
