Overall, our experience at Kirti Mahal was nothing short of awesome. I would give hygiene 4 as there was water dripping from the roof or else would have rated hygiene 5⭐️. Disappointing Experience at Kirti Mahal I recently visited with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown.

Delayed Service The service was slow and inattentive. We had to wait for an excessive amount of time for our orders to be taken and even longer for our food to arrive. When we politely inquired about the delay, the staff seemed dismissive and unapologetic.

Underwhelming Food Quality But the biggest disappointment was the food itself. I ordered veg lollipop and they literally just gave us fried cauliflower pieces which was lacking in flavor and texture. The Mushroom sabji and Mix Vegetable sabji was overcooked, and the ingredients seemed stale.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Considering the prices, I expected a much better experience. The quality of food and service did not justify the cost.

I would not recommend Kirti Mahal to anyone looking for a good dining experience. Unless they revamp their menu, improve their service and taste I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

We were group of 7 people & were seating in the AC section at the back side of the restaurant which is a small section. Its quite logical that there might be bit noisy in such a small section but the person who was incharge of the section came to us after we paid the bill & said that people seating on the nearby table have complained that we were shouting and screaming. He said that even he noticed the same but didn't say. So please have some sense while making infrastructure of hotel as this small section will always tend to be noisy. Have some respect towards the customers we are paying high prices for the food and are not coming to eat for free. Even the food is not cheaper and service was very slow. If you expecting people to stay silent while having dinner please write it on your restaurant entrance and walls so that as you said people like us who are screaming can stay away from this kind of hotels with pathetic customer service.
