Morbiwala Sweet Mart — Local services in Mumbai

We ordered 100 boxes of snack items on 11th of April 2023. Order was delivered on time, however when the guest opened the boxes we were shocked to see that only few boxes had 2 doklas rest all boxes had 1 dokla cut into 2pcs and his son had the audacity to say that half dokla is considered 1dokla. I asked him then how come some boxes had full 2 pcs of doklas he had no answer. Some boxes had normal size jelabis and rest had mini jelabis. My question is why cheat when we paid you full amount of almost 8000 advance in cash. When I went to complain his son said dad will get back to you. So we waited for the issue to be resolved however till date no call no response. We didn't do charity it was our hard earned money. He not only fooled us with the items but lost a regular customer. My request to everyone is please fill the boxes in your presence don't trust him. He should have refunded me the money for mini items and items that weren't given in right quantity. He is nothing but fraud. Quality is also very poor. My guests who were from reputed hospital like doctors,sisters housekeeping staff, security staff will also write reviews. I had ordered three jain samosas. But when I came home and ate one of those, the filling was of potatoes. I went back and asked for a refund. I said that I am a Jain and I don't eat any vegetables grwoing underground inlcuding potatoes and this was not done.

But then the owner said, "kya farak padta hai thoda sa aagaya aalo toh? Medicines main bhi aata hai sab kuch." I would have excused it thinking it as a normal mistake, but instead of apologizing he said to me "kya farak padta hai"

After which I said that is absolutely not related, as from his shop I asked for something and got something else. He later apologized but that too as if it's my mistake (at the end of the entire conversation)

Since this business is owned by a Jain person, I always buy such food items from here trusting them. And such kind of behaviour shocked me. I feel absolutely horrible about eating potatoes and such treatment from the owner.

Morbiwala sweets which is located in tambe nagar , Mulund West served the best sweets and snacks . The sweets are extremely tasty and delicious and I just love it . They have a lot of variety to choose from . The place is very clean and hygienic. The have samosa and proper gujrati breakfast also such as dhokla khandvi etc .
