The Altruist Business Hotel - Andheri — Hotel in Mumbai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Altruist Business Hotel during a business trip, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's strong points, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

First and foremost, the location of the Altruist Business Hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to major business centers, shopping districts, and popular tourist attractions. This convenience saved me valuable time and allowed me to make the most of my limited stay.

The staff at the Altruist Business Hotel deserve special praise. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. They made me feel genuinely welcome and ensured that my stay was comfortable throughout.

Check-in was a breeze. The process was efficient and swift, leaving me with more time to relax after a long journey. The hotel's well-trained staff handled everything seamlessly, leaving no room for stress or inconvenience.

The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was struck by the great ambiance it exuded. The interior decor was modern, tasteful, and created a pleasant atmosphere. We had to attend a marriage function in Andheri. So we were allotted two rooms in Altruist Hotel, Andheri East.

Good things :-

Room size is quiet enough. We were 4 members in we have taken extra bed. Check in & check out process was ok. No delay. The manager at front desk at night time was humble & co-operative. He specially cared for my uncle who is 88. Since we checked in around 9 pm & checked out at 8 am next day, there was no question about food. But the tea kettle & coffee /mik /tea /sugar sachat were provided in the rooms. They also provided water bottles, towels, toiletaries. AC & other electrical equipments were working properly. Cleanliness of room & bathroom was very good. The manager in morning shift was also very good. Other staff was humble & co-operative. They immediately attend your complaints. Safety is full. Not to worry. They also have cloak room where you can keep your luggage if situation arises.

Not Good :-

👉 There were 2 mosquittos in our room. 👉 When my daughter complained that TV channels can't be surfed, I called the boy. But he told that TV remote would be given tomorrow morning. What a joke! 👉 Next day, we had to go out early to attend the marriage function. And a big problem arised. The Geyser in our bathroom was not working. We called The boy. He checked out & told that the Electrician will come after 10 am.. Ha.. Ha..But best part is that the manager arranges another room for us for shower.

Conclusion :-

Except from the mosquito issue, everything was manageable. Managee & other staff well mannered. Cleanliness good. Room size sufficient. You can go with family if you are...

We were a family of 3 adults(all ladies)stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel Location is the only plus point. Rooms are very very small and staff are very slow. We ordered Fruit salad with ice-cream to realize they make it only with 2 fruits(watermelon and raw papaya) and absolutely nothing else(no dry fruits, jelly etc)and charge a bomb for this. Club sandwich was pathetic and tasteless. On the checkout day we requested if we can place our luggages in the clock room while we head out for sightseeing and also requested to give us a room for 15mins to get freshened up before heading to the airport and collected our luggage. Upon return to collect our luggage at the front desk gave us a very untidy room for using the restroom, basically someone had just checked out from that room and the bathrooms were in pathetic state. (We mainly wanted to use the restroom before we start to the ariport.). We were told that they can only oblige with unclean rooms for 10mins as other rooms were already cleaned. This is way they treat customers and made us very unhappy about making a selection to stay this place. Overall very unhappy and will never...
