At first, the hotel looked okay and gave a good impression, so we decided to go in. We placed our order and waited for quite a long time. I thought maybe they were preparing the food fresh, so it might be a good sign. Finally, we got our order — I had poori bhaji, and my companion had ame ras poori. We finished eating, and then we asked for three more pooris. They brought them, but didn’t give any baji along with them.

When we asked for a little more curry, they didn’t give us what we had earlier. Instead, they brought something like watery dal. After finishing, when we got the bill, we noticed they had written “bhaji extra – ₹30”. We told them we didn’t get any bhaji with the extra pooris, only that watery curry. They replied, “That’s what we’ve charged for.”

We asked them if they usually charge for such watery curry. They said usually no, but “this time we did.” We felt their behavior was rude and disrespectful.

Later, when thinking about it, I know ₹30 is not a big amount — but it’s their attitude and mindset that made us feel angry. Also, the food didn’t taste good at all. This is my honest opinion...

Prasadam Restaurant is really suitable for family diners. It has three floors, the ground floor seating being non-ac seating, the first floor seating being ac seating and the the third floor seating is a rooftop non-ac seating but they've covered the roof due to some leaking and also due to the upcoming monsoon season. However, they allowed us for the third floor seating on request. It was a really nice diner experience. We had ordered Paneer Chilly and Manchow Soup for startes, Paneer Tikka Masala for Main Course with kulcha and Masala Papad and Dal Makhani and jeera rice. Really satisfied with the service and the quantity as well the quality of the food. However, one thing really unappealing about this restaurant was their hygiene which they really need to work on.
